The State of San Andreas v. Becks Hirano
#26-BT-0035

The court has hereby received and acknowledged the above case on the 10th day of April, 2026.

The Superior Court Bench Trial system runs off of defendant responsiveness. If defendants are interacting with the court or their attorney, a Notice to Schedule will be posted with all parties being able note their availability. A Judge will then pick the most suitable time for trial. Once a trial has been scheduled, the court will consider most submissions to be final.

        • Illegal Evidence:

Photograph of possessions in evidence locker (if applicable)
          Image
    • Detailed Reasoning: I request that all information highlighted in yellow be suppressed. There are multiple inconsistencies throughout the arrest report that contradict themselves.

The arrest report contains a material inconsistency that undermines its reliability and credibility. In the statement, the reporting officer writes: “he pulled over then got out and pointed a gun at myself which she demanded me to call for SD informing it was a Code 1.” The report first identifies the alleged actor as “he,” then later refers to the same individual as “she” without clarification. Because the statement fails to consistently identify the individual allegedly involved in the conduct at issue, it is ambiguous on its face and creates uncertainty as to who actually performed the alleged acts. This inconsistency calls into question the accuracy of the officer’s observations, recollection, and documentation.

The report contains an additional inconsistency regarding the identification of the alleged suspect. The report states: “Frank Peters stated ‘Becks Hirano’ where she confirmed even stating that he said her full name.” However, the accompanying notation lists the “Method of Identification” as “VISUAL IDENTIFICATION.”

These statements are directly contradictory, Law enforcement cannot simultaneously claim the identification was made by hearing a person state a name while officially documenting the method as purely “visual identification” without explaining the discrepancy within the report itself.

COURT DECISION

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

The State of San Andreas v. Becks Hirano
#26-BT-0035

A decision was reached in the above case on the 24th day of May, 2026.

The Court has reviewed the defense's Motion to Suppress based on the arguments of contradiction indicated in the first statement, a "he v. she," and in the method of identification used, which is implied as verbal rather than visual. The Court considers the weight of the suppression against the long-held precedent that arrest and inherent warrant reports are exempt from what the defense argues, which is more in line with that of a hearsay objection. Therefore, the Court rules that these objections are best left to trial and do not rise to the level of a suppression. The Motion to Suppress is denied.
