Complaints submitted against SAJB employees are viewed and sent to the appropriate parties for review by the Branch Administrator and Deputy Branch Administrator. This allows for all the information that is submitted to remain private. Since the information is private, all submissions will be on a moderation queue before being sent to the correct individuals for investigation.
