- Prior to moving to this State I had graduated out of NJIT with a BS in paralegal studies and had worked as a Legal Assistant Intern where really got my hands on experience in law I was given the training and responsibility of being able to provide data gathering and analysis support to help move the legal process forward. I also produced, shared, and retrieved drafts of documents whilst providing providing general support to attorneys and other staff members. This alongside with my understanding of how to use a computer optimally and being able to use it in tandem with my work makes me feel as though I am a good fit for this role.

4.1 Why do you want to be employed with the Judicial Branch? (75 WORDS):- I have always wanted to be able to give people hope when they feel as though they may have lost it I have seen time and time again innocent people give up on the Justice System due to bad lawyers not thoroughly trying to understand what the client really needs and wants. I see innocent people get put away because of terrible lawyers defending them and only doing so for a pay check I wanna be able to make a difference and guide people towards hope and let them be able to trust and support the system as a whole and be represented equally.
- The most valuable trait I possess is being able to lead and communicate I say these two traits together because they go hand in hand being able to lead and communicate your thoughts so people can have something to believe in and fight for is something I wouldn't trade for the world. Leadership and Communication are invaluable skills I take pride in that I believe can really help people connect understand and collaborate on goals and issues.
- Something I would like to see changed in the city would be the defense system for criminals and a possible rehabilitation process for these convicts so they don't become repeat offenders. I feel as thought they are entitled to that right even if they have committed a crime. We wanna stop and prevent future crime not perpetuate it so I would love to see a focus on rehabilitation and fairer representation for these criminals so they understand that they can still go the right way.

- I had been born into a somewhat poor family in the projects of Newark. My father tried his best to support my brothers and I after our mom had passed from a crossfire during a local bank robbery. He tried his hardest to make an honest living and tried to provide for his community and his family the best he could even at some point forgiving the man who had killed my mother because he understood that it was the environment that made the people commit actions they don't want to but feel as thought they have to. Trapped in a system fueled by greed and dishonesty he thought me from a young age that we have the power to break the cycle of hate and violence. That's why I choose law and chose to lead a different life then the one that people had believed I'd lead. I wanna create change and give people hope in there community and let them know they matter. I should be selected for this role due to my genuine care and compassion for the people and my drive to do better and make change happen for the better.
