My name is Allen Britto. I was born and raised in San Salvador. I come from a very difficult background where my father was a sindicate leader of the Mara Salvatrocha cartel. I despised that life, always remembering the words my mother always told me, "Be Better and choose a better life." At the age of 17, my mom was found dead in an alley on the streets of San marcos city. On that day, I decided to turn my life around. I enrolled in mechanical engineering, completed my degree, and then moved out of El Salvador for good. I made my way into Los Santos, where I became a Mechanic at bayview. I have been working had ever since to make an honest decent living, loving my new life.
I am very dedicated to my work life. At bayview I put in an average of 20 hours weekly and I am also a member of the Public Relations Team where I assist with the planning of Bayview City events. The same energy and time will be put towards my work at DOC if hired.
I have always had a respect towards law enforcement. Seeing my past life, and seeing how I lost so many people I loved to a criminal life that I hated, created that spark in me to want to make people better. Being part of a Law Enforcement team gives me that opportunity to be tehe change, not only in my life but also in someone elses life. My dedication and my passion to be better is my drive and my reason to want to be the best at what I do, and if hired, I will put all of my efforts to be that number one person everytime. All I would need is the opportunity to show my qualities and great assets, just as I have put forwards at bayview where I am part of a team of excellence.
My way of thinking is simple. I don't let pressure or stressful situations get to me on a personal level. I try to organize my thoughts and I build a plan to work my way through the situation, understanding that stress and dificulties can be part of our daily living. I keep my cool, I dont loose focus, and I keep my emotions in check.
I consider myself to be a great communicator. I am also a happy person, which allows me to maintain a smile on my face no matter what is happening around me. I am respectful, which I think is a necessary asset especially for an environment like DOC where we will be sorrounded by people on the wrong side of the law. It helps me to keep a professional behavior whele showing respect to everyone no matter what their background may be. I am also a team player, I believe my team is like my family, and I never turn my back on family.

Yes, I got Jailtime for a Combat Log that was not intentional back n February 21, 2021. I also got a BAN for what was considered a Paypal fraud, but this was clarified with evidence. My wallet got stolen and I claimed paypal transactions, because of my card replacement, amongs them, one paypal transaction for eclipse was claimed, however the money was repaid to eclipse RP and admins unbanned my account after clarifying with evidence.
