Please provide a short biography about yourself (minimum 100 words):
I grew up in Houston Texas, until just recently moving to Los Santos. I lived with my parents and my brother Denzell, until both of my parents passed and it was just me and Denzell. We bounced from place to place trying to stay afloat. Although I am younger then Denzell, I had to act as the older brother, keeping him out of trouble as he would do anything to make enough money to provide for us. Me being a former guard back in Houston, Denzell learned from me and decided to give it a shot when he decided to turn his life around. Although he reverted back to his old ways. One night, I got a call from Denzell saying he was in a bad place. Even though we no longer got along, I rushed to Los Santos to try and help him. Once I arrived, it was too late, and he had already committed suicide. That is what brings me to Los Santos, to continue on his legacy as a guard. The guard he was supposed to be.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I plan to dedicate all of my energy towards this department in order to make my brother proud. I am also not afraid of working overtime hours.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
First of all, my experience as a guard back in Houston is a big plus, and gives me a significant advantage over most other applicants. My reason for joining SADOC is i want to full fill my brothers legacy while also following my passion. My level of dedication to this career is evident from my past, in which in my opinion is a very important quality to have as i already know this job is for me, where as other applicants may just be testing it out. Of course, being physically fit is mostly a requirement for this type of work, which I am more then capable of overpowering most inmates that find them selves inside the walls, if need be.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
The best way in dealing with pressure is keeping a cool and calm head, and fully thinking out each and every action and what consequences your decisions will have short and long term, which is what i do.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
I was a qualified corrections officer back home, which is a big one. Next, is my physical fitness. I train to keep in shape so that i am best fit to handle any situation i may find myself in while inside the prison. Another positive trait of mine is my mental state. I do not let anything get to me personally. Inmates Will always try to use your emotions against you, and if there is one thing i have learned in my time as a correction officer, its how to deal with that.
