My name is Conan Smith, My nick name is MoMA, I’m originally from USA. I was born in New York. now I live in Los Antos. I have spent most of my life in Los Antos.I am 31 years old.I was an excellent student at school. I went to an officer's college for college. I practiced a lot there. I studied and practiced there for about 7 years. I had two brothers and one of them got cancer in 2018, We were not a very wealthy family and we did not enough have money for treatment for my brother. I had to go to work from university. I was a bodybuilding coach for 2 years. We lost my brother in 2020. I have been unemployed for about 1 year.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I am currently unemployed and can devote all my time to this department.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
why should we hire you over other applicants? As I said I studied at an officer's college and I know that this job requires a lot of skills and physical strength. I did a lot of teamwork and I am good at teamwork. This job requires a lot of communication skills and I have it. I am a moral and calm person and I know how to work with most guns and in case of any problem I can manage it well. Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections? I think I have enough skills for this department. I am interested in this job and if I am hired, I will try to advance in this job to reach higher levels. I am definitely not a person with perfect skills and I definitely have weaknesses and I am always trying to overcome my weaknesses.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I am a calm person and I am not a very stressed person, but if I am in a situation where I see that my colleague is in a stressful situation, I will try to calm it down.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
As i said in last question i studied at an offier's college and i know how to work with most guns. I was a bodybuilding coach for 2 years and now i have a very ready body for this job. I am very good natured and polite person and I'm very good at communicating with other people. I am very strict person and honest person, so I will never concede in a situation if I know that’s right thing to do
