I was born in Los Santos and grew up in a middle class family with everyday struggles like most families from my neighbourhood. I watched people work hard at their day jobs and watched as some of my friends turned to the wrong side of the law to provide for themselves. I judge no man or woman, but I know there are other ways than to break the law. Therefore I want to make a positive "change" in the DOC to help the inmates change their behaviours and create a life on the legal side for themselves. I have also heard that there are alot of issues with riots inside the SADOC, and I feel like I could help out in those stressed situations since I've been dealing with alot of likeminded people ever since I was young. I had interest in joining PD earlier, but I believe SADOC would suit me better as of now.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I plan on dedicating my full time towards the department. I am a simple man, I have a task, I see through it and complete it. I am a loyal employee with barely any hobbies outside of working.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
Like I already wrote, I feel like I would suit the SADOC team based on my personal experiences and that I handle stress alot better than most people I know. If a situation arises, it shall be dealt with in a calm manner with direct actions to create the safest and best possible solution. My intention is to be a solid SADOC employee and in the future help other employees with their start. I would like to work in this teambased environment as I feel it is a perfect challenge for me to develop in life and help the community with one of its most important tasks. Hopefully you will feel the same and allow me to come in for an interview. I cannot wait!

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I feel like I answered this question aswell, but to summaries I do not feel stress in a bad way. When what would be considered stressful situations arises, I try not to focus on the problem itself, but rather solutions to dissolve the issue within the most effective way.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
I have a very strong mentality, I do not get stressed out by situations. I am athletic and strong, very loyal to my employer and have the intention to put in alot of working hours. I also believe that my attitude will suit what you would like in an employee, I have humor, enjoy creating fun experiences within the rulebook to keep the inmates in good spirit, which also keeps the fighting and rioting to a minimum. I look forward to learning the ropes!
