Answer: I am a nice person and I am willing to put the work in to help others when needed, I have good patience and I am a good talker with people. I am in the city nearly everyday so if help is needed I am always willing to help whenever it is needed. Also I know a lot of people throughout Los Santos and they can agree I am pretty chill about most stuff so like I said good patience. Most of the times I can assist others when they need it other guards, officers when they need the extra hand

Answer: ]I am fairly active in the city so I can put a lot of into this job, and like I said if help is needed I can help

Answer: I just feel like I can learn a lot of stuff doing this and help out my family. I also just feel like I can be a have a good spot in this business with my good patience and with me being fairly active in this city I can help out a lot when it is needed. Also I just like to help out other guards or officers when it is needed, if a fight was supposed to break out I would help this business and I will be able to stop it and I can just keep stuff calm. Also I can put the time and energy into this business doing all I can too help out throughout the community, and I know a decent amount of people and the city so they know I'm pretty chill.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations? Answer: I will usually just try to work something out that I can get to solve the problems. Such as a robbery I would just find a way that's helpful to solve the situation.

Answer: I can put enough time and effort into this business that would be needed and I can usually figure some stuff out so if I need to learn a lot or a little I can communicate with others too figure out what seems to be the problem. Also I have good patience so I would not be running around like a mad lady doing crazy stuff, I just try to be as chill as possible in most situations

Answer:NON-RP #1 & #2 | Robbery & Kidnapping violations. This was when I was fairly new to the city, but I told my former gang leader this wasn't allowed and he just kept rushing. NonRP #3 | Poor RP standards | Creating a poor RP situation (robbery) I do not remember this one so well, but I know I just messed up my rp alot. Non-RP #4 | Powergaming | Throwing snowballs while cuffed + refusing to RP | I was not cuffed on my screen due to a visual bug so I was just throwing them but once it was stated oocly I stopped. DM#1 - Attacking random people at prison withour prior RP - and not RPing multiple tazer shots. I just tabbed into the game so I clicked and it actually punched someone by accident and it injured them, and the tazes I was trying to say oocly that I just tabbed in, but i should of rped better. Non-RP | #5 | Cop baiting. | Calling 911 to rob an officer. Been warned previously for a similair situation. I did not make this call but one my friends asked in admin in /report 1 and we just didnt understand if we were allowed or not, but I have learned not to do it.
