Please provide a short biography about yourself (minimum 100 words):
My name is Hank Griffin, 25 years old, born and raised in Portland Oregon. I have spent most of my life philosophizing and always asking questions and solving puzzles. After I recognized my talents and gifts I decided to work as a problem solver, as much theories interested me I never was one for advanced science so I decided to join the police force and make my way up being a detective. I did reach my goal but due to a few personal and not professional reasons I had to leave Portland and come to the state of San Andreas.
I am planning to work a full time job and shift inside the San Andreas Department of Corrections in order to maintain my needs and my wants for a while. I plan to stay in the department for a fair long term time and make a career out of it. I would answer the question more exactly if I know the definition of energy, or if I knew what energy is referring to. I do however have good work ethic and moral so I would not misconduct or have any short comings because of being "lazy".
I do not like comparing a human to another, though I totally understand the purpose and function of this question, so I will answer it with honesty, however I won't be comparing my self to something or someone I do not know or have not met.
Reasons to why I think I should be hired:
· I have a good moral and work ethic, I do not let emotions hinder any of my rational decision making nor my thoughts hence having a lower chance of making decisions that I will regret.
· I can get along with anyone as long as I am not being physically hurt or injured, this is because of my Stoic and Taoist mindset.
· I learn anything quite easily and without any hassle, good at gaining information and observant if something is of my interest, which means I learn easier, be it actively or passively because of good observation skills.
· I can remain calm in stressful situations because of the ability to ignore emotions when need be.
· I respect the chain of command since the one who have gained the position have most likely proved themselves to be worthy of the situation, I will carry out commands, orders, and protocols without any verbal questioning and wasting of time.
· I am a good and effective teacher, so once I have worked my way up the ranks I can start teaching probationary correctional officers.
· I am have very good general knowledge of San Andreas Penal Code and the Federal Pena Code.
· I am a very good driver and can handle firearms & special weapons without an issue.
I can handle stressful situations with ease, I can remain calm and rational. I would elaborate more on answering the question if need be but I assume I do not need to reason why I remain calm since I have described traits, that can be related to this answer, above this question.
I think with one of my answers above I have answered this question, but to respect the protocol I will try to summarize my answer above.
I don't have all the good traits but I have ones that could be of use the department, such as having rational thinking trait which allows me to remain calm in heated situations. I am good at handling weapons and vehicles, I am also good at handling people if the need to that ever arises. I am an effective teacher who enjoys sharing his gained knowledge with those who wish to learn. I also respect the higher knowledge, wisdom and decision making of higher ranks which means I am good at following protocols and carrying out orders.

Yes, I had the position of a detective inside Portland's Police Department.
Yes, I do have many experiences working as a team, even if it meant I had to quickly integrate myself into a team and get something done. I am straight forward and according to some I might be harsh and a perfectionist but I see that as the price to pay for a satisfying/helpful outcome and result to whom it concerns.
Yes, a misdemeanor, here in Los Santos, I was driving back home from a birthday party and I still had THC in my system which resulted in my getting arrest. I was impaired to think correctly and not drive, I learn from my mistakes however and I don't let such things happen a second time.
