My name is Alvin heart, from Yorkshire England, I've had a fair upbringing Our lives where very strict due to my father's routines with my 4 brothers mother and farther had a nice relationship until my farther an ex cop lost his job in the police force due to a domestic incident with my mother causing the family to split and live away form each other which was a terrible time for us all, as we where growing up we had always planned to make a move to Los Santos and try start a new life hoping to join the
department of corrections as this is something we all have looked towards from being kids and acting out being prison guards, our farther after some persuading helped us to make make this major move and major change in our lives which
we where all great full for, after taking it easy working multiple jobs in the city we finally all decide to apply for the DOC.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I Plan on dedicating a lot of my time to the DOC, working as much as possible.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
I want to join the DOC because its something I've wanted to do ever since being a child and acting out being a guard, I want to be able to help to rehabilitate inmates who come in to the prison if they are willing to change trying to make a difference in there lives, I believe I should be hired over everyone else because of my skill set what I feel I can bring to the DOC from my professional and courteous manor, to my steadfast personality able to stand strong and firm with any situation. That will most likely arise, also able to give a lot of my time to actually working to help in anyway I can to better the DOC and become a essential part of the team.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
In stressful situation I am very good at taking a step back and accessing situations for what it really is and not to rush to quickly into a situation that may in give a bad outcome or cause chain reactions that would cause harm to my self or others, but also
able to switch and be as hands on as needed to deal with any situation that may arise.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
I am very well spoken, I am good with time keeping also physically active and fit, I always see a situation for what it is. As well I am very well-mannered and have no temper able to control my feelings meaning that I will not take things to heart
therefore it allows there to be a good atmosphere both in and outside of the doc with both the inmates and the guards, I am willing to help in any way possible.

Yes worked as part of a very large postal company and security transport I feel team this would not be a problem.
