I am a very laid back guy that spends his days fishing. I've hung around many different crowds so I know to to handle situations and keep others calm. As a kid I was always fascinated by prison and how life behind bars was. Getting older I felt like crime wasn't for me, so DOC was my next option. Now that I am of age and have a vehicle to get me around the city, i'm ready for a real job. I've always had a plan to make enough money to buy a house and retire happily. I believe this is my next step towards that.
I will spend all time I am in the city at the job. I don't have anything else to do, nor any family. I want to work hard to ensure I keep my job and make the higherups happy.
I'm mature enough to make the right decisions and address situations properly. I know how to handle weapons/tazers without abusing the power. I grew up around officers as a child, so I have always had a ton of respect towards government workers. I have a lot of free time, this means I can work the required hours plus more. I won't let anyone down, or do anything to risk my job. I have been a fisher for years and know what it is like to work hard. I spend hours a day at the pier making my money, focusing on myself. I don't let other people get into my head and bother me. I'm able to handle the stressful situations I will be put into. This job is perfect for me, and I can ensure I will work hard.
I realize that there is other sides to the story and different opinions. I like to immediately try to make anyone upset calm down. I don't use force right away, sometimes a person just needs to talk about it and voice an opinion. If I feel like the situation is escalating and getting more stressful, I can safely use force without majorly hurting myself or anyone else in the situation.
As I have mentioned before, I am calm and have amazing work ethic. I work hours a day already as a fisherman, and that is by far one of the hardest working jobs. Some days you can come back empty handed, legs dead tired from standing all day. I can ensure long hours and hard work, without sitting down for much breaks. I grew up around other officers and they have let me test their tazers and given me tips. I feel like I have a good head on my shoulders and can easily pickup how a work day goes and get going on my own.
