My name is Brent Adams, and I come from New York, United states. I am 24 years old. My father was a police officer in the NYPD while my mother was a Physician at Elmurst hospital new York. When I was 19 my father died, so I was left only with my mother who was struggling with her work so she could provide for both of us. From young age my dream was to serve my country as my father and mother did. I was bullied a lot at school, but every time I managed to get out of the situation without any problems. My Mother always told me: "You need to hit the rock hard to make a shape out of him. The kids, bullying you, they are just shaping you for the future to come". And she was right, I came out very strong minded young man when I completed high school. After high school, I joined the new York Defence training Academy to get the training to be a police officer. When I was 20 my mom lost her battle with cancer and she died and I was alone. I left the Academy because I didn't have money to pay the fees for the Academy. After a couple of weeks I planned to be a security officer. I applied to McCoy Security Training for my training and certificate. After 4 months I was certified as a Security Officer. I worked as a Security Officer for McCoy Inc, but I wanted to move somewhere else. My cousin Niko, who lives in Los Santos, San Andreas helped me to come to San Andreas. And when I got here I heard that the State of San Andreas is a state for opportunity so I came here to search for my luck. I was alone and started working in DCC (downtown cab company) and on my free time I was working in the oil fields. The taxi was a good job for me, but it was not what I was trained for. So I heard that I can apply for DOC and I was very happy to try and get on the DOC Family.
I plan to put in atleast 10 hours a week ATLEAST and i plan to put in as much time and energy to DCC. I am a very dedicated person and always put my head to things.
I would like to join DOC as it would be a great way to mix: Income, Socializing and making the city safe and I feel I would really enjoy myself, I've wanted this job for a long long time and worked at DCC. Just for the job experience to get the DOC job that I have always wanted. When I came to the city I had a couple goals: Make some good money, Protect the city and most importantly... Join DOC. This job would mean the world to me and I will promise to work hard and will ALWAYS put all my effort into DOC. The first thing I would do is make sure I calm myself and respond to the other party's in the most positive way possible.Then I approach the other party's and ask them kindly to do anything and if they deny it I would take the needed action.When it comes to stressful situations I always talk to multiple knowledgeable people and get their point of view in such a situation and then think of my conclusion compared to them.If it is a solo decision I will always think not twice but thrice and make sure what would be the outcome before I do something.
I may not have the best experience or much experience than others in this city. But I got one of the most useful skills which will be useful for the Department of Corrections. The main quality which DOC can depend on me would be the sole decision making skills. I know there is a limited amount of prison guards so even when I am doing a shift alone ,I would know what to do and the best decisions to make with proper training done towards me.Another useful asset would be my activeness and been fast with my work so it will make sure that I do my job properly to the money I get and I am a person who sees this as a service most of the time more than a job. I always have respect for other people including prisoners which most of the people in the city lacks. I will make sure every prisoner is treated nicely just like I treat others.
