Please provide a short biography about yourself (minimum 100 words):
Born and raised in Scottland, after finishing middle school I attended the British Military Martial Arts Academy in Cambuslang. I was a class A student and soon received my military rankings and were sent off to missions in Iraq. Fighting terrorist organizations, including ISIS, was not only life-endangering but also traumatizing since we would sometimes receive heavy threats, but I am not eligible to disclose them.
As I got higher up the ranks I saved quite a few Pound Sterling in my pocket and decided to be honorably discharged from my duty, come to America, Los Santos, buy a boat and become a fisherman.
That's what I did for quite a while, but the sea got to me, and I can not take it anymore, I want to work on the ground, and being CO is my closest bet coming back to regular work.
I will work full time (dedicate more than 5 hours a week).
While I will not stand out from the crowd of typical correctional officers, I can assure you that I will be the most disciplined. Standing my line, following orders, keeping order was what I did back in the army. I managed military-based groups, was a commanding officer, and with that experience, growing in rank in this facility I will be a great fit in leading front. Being fully professional I know that I will gain respect not only from my superior officers but also from the inmates, who will be kept in line for their best interest.
Serving in war we handled war prisoners - looking after them is no joke, and their conditions and motives were obvious. After studying their behavior even in crucial conditions, I was able to find common grounds with even them.
I know how it feels to be held captive, trust me, and I know how it is best treated, so there are no serious incidents.
Handling such situations was my life, and through meditation and being on constant pressure I can keep my mind sharp.
1. My physical state - I work out every other day and try my best to keep fit for physical work.
2. My mental state - I am always sharp and on my toes, dealing with any problems when they arise.
3. My psychological knowledge - During the military academy, my favorite course was psychology, where I learned how to deal with stressed, lost, or mentally broke down individuals.
4. My leadership skills - I led the best legion of my deployment, being always proactive I don't just hand out orders, I always try to inspire and help everyone around me grow.

I have a warning for DM - I was trying out robbery role play with my buddy and got a little too trigger happy. I talked over about it with the administrator and we came in a calm conclusion. I was issued a warning.
2019 Oct - kick for OOC insults, I guess I got a little frustrated there? Can't remember the exact situation.
No.
I'm not.
I do.
I am an IT project manager - proactiveness and common ground finding reaching communal goals is my experience.
Both.
Yes.
/me command is used to describe your characters' actions in common situations, and in common I mean sticking with the rules (no metagaming, powergaming, etc). It can be used as often as one prefers, and it vastly improves the quality of roleplay.
Here's an example:
/me leans back onto the wall, slowly gazing around the infirmary of the prison, inspecting the wounded.
/do is used when one wants to describe common surroundings common events that are happening around one's character, that would not break the rules of the server. It is often used to describe items or conditions, in which the current event is happening.
Here's an example:
/do The trash can starts to slowly smoke after Hugh tossed an undistinguished cigarette into it.
