I was born in a little house near grove street my mom was a single parent trying to do her best but she couldn't make ends meet this lead to experiencing a lot of crime. my older brother was in a big gang which my mom hated but she couldn't do that much. since my brother would tell her off how it's not her business, I would always ask him stories about gang life. which he did but I never understood being in a gang. so when I was 17 I moved to the streets for a better life. I did some jobs trying to make money to live. After my brother died in a shoot out I was heartbroken so I wanted to do better in life and make a name for my self.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
This is going to be my main job. so Im going to be spending most of my time working here.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
I'm sure all applicants are great but I believe you should hire me over anyone else because I have the will power to do just about anything and the dedication to see it through to the end. I am more than capable of completing all duties thrown at me and I want to get things done, I'm not in this for the money or for the badge I'm in this because Its my passion and I don't want to see myself do anything else. Since I have came into the city people have shown me around and I have gotten to know the place and I always see the same things... Whether it be a group of guys in masks of Asian origin or guys wearing a distinctive blue, I want to see men like this serve there time and pay for their actions.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I would handle situations like this by remaining calm and reflecting on my training to get me through, everything can be solved with a level head and good decision making.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)? I think that my teamwork skills and devotion to my job will be a great asset while I work here and I also have some great social skills which can help me deescalate and resolve any high tension situations before they get out of control which will be useful given the environment and requirements of the job, I am also very responsive and can adapt quickly and a situation changes to suit the circumstances whether its calming down an agitated prisoner or breaking up a fight.
