I was born in the beautiful city of Los Santos. I was raised poor with my parents going in and out of jail. I've been in and out of foster homes and could never find the right one. I want to get this job to have a stable income, in the past I would go to farms and do busy work. I live paycheck to paycheck. I want to make something of myself and don't fall into the same hole my parents did. I always thought that government jobs were bad because how I was raised, but as I grew up I realized that they are the good people. My past is in the past and want to start fresh working for SADOC.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I want to working between 15-20 hours a week. I want to put my heart and dedication into this job. There is nothing else I would rather do.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
It feels like I need some help to find myself through life and the brother hood that the other officers have is something I need. I need a group of people to guide me through life and show me the right path. Also I am really good with people and it feels like I could make a change in there. Some of the people just need some guidance like I do. I can put people in their place, if a inmate is acting out I will make sure that they know what their punishment is and will assign then a reasonable one. I believe that they need punishment, but also positive encouragement, so if one of them does something bad I give them the punishment, but if they do something good like help an inmate or show signs of growth I will give them some positive encouragement to encourage that behavior more. I want to be in the jail to make a difference and change some peoples perspective on life. If I can change one persons life for the better that means I did my job well and I will be happy with that.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I keep a calm head and before I do anything I would make sure it is okay with the leader of the situation, in this case the warden or someone that is a higher rank then me. I try to deescalate the situation in a peaceful manner and if that isn't working I would have to show whoever is making trouble that I am in charge and assert my dominance. I would do this by talking loud and not falling into their tricks.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
I am helpful in situations like deescalating a situation because of my people skills and I want to take a medic course to learn BLS in case of someone getting injured. Maybe I will be able to save a life or two. Also I am a level headed individual, and when I am clocked in there is work to be done and no time for chit-chat. I stand by the law and will do anything in my power legally to make sure it is preserved.

No I do not, but I read and watch many things that has to do with jails and how they are run.

Have you ever worked for a government agency? If so, which one and what was your position?
No, but I hope this will be my first.

Do you have any previous experience working as part of a team?
When I was a kid I played many team sports such as baseball, basketball, and football. I know how to work with a team even when someone doesn't want to do their part. Recently, I have been farming and I coordinate with other farmers if they need help. I believe if you are nice and help with them they will help you in return.

Have you ever been convicted of a crime? If so, explain:
Yes, I am not proud of it, but there was a time I brandished my firearm because I felt unsafe. I still have my firearms license the cop was very nice. I was at the mechanic and I asked a mechanic for some help and they told me no. I had no clue why, so I said something like this is ridiculous, and he told me to meet him when he gets off work and I said no. He proceeds to clock off and threaten to hurt me. I pulled my gun out because him and his friend were ganging up on me and they pulled theirs out as well and told me to get down. I obliged and told the officers what happened. They saw the footage and they still didn't believe me. I regret it still. Next time I should do something else, but I hope to never get in a situation like that ever again.

Have you had any admin punishments on any character? If so, explain:
When the new rules were in affect with the no robbing people in public area, me and my friend thought that the wheat drop off at pauls farm was secluded enough because it was behind the silos and there were no other farmers, but the admin still thought it was so I just got a warning. It was nothing severe.
