Hey! My name is Tony Handley and 1 of 6 members of the Handley family who now live in the city. We originally moved here from the UK in the hopes of starting a new life and hopefully achieve what's believed to be the American dream. Initially, myself and my family began doing pretty mundane jobs from bus drivers, truck drivers and the usually run of the mill jobs. However, I was finally able to land a job as a mechanic and things were looking up. At this point my other family members had turned to a life of crime even joining gangs. I have fallen victim to crime many times since moving here and even saw my family turn to it also. I am hoping to join DOC so I can make real change and have a serious impact on those who live here.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I can dedicated at the least 4 hours a day and on my 2 days off most likely a lot longer.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)

Although, I have not had any experience in Los Santos in the law enforcement other than a ride along I had with an officer quite sometime ago I feel I have a lot of transferable skills from other cities. For instance I served a lot of time within the DOC in Lakeside whilst also dabbling in Internal Affairs, SWAT and standard patrol. Whilst spending time there I was given the chance to hold command positions which I felt really helped me in understanding the role more along with providing essential leadership skills to carry on to a possible position here. I understand that these two cities are entirely different however I feel that because of the experience I have previously with understanding codes used on the radio, attitude expected from a deputy and many other things I can learn quickly.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I feel that I am a reasonably calm person to begin with. Especially, as I have had a lot of experience in law enforcement across different cities I can remain calm and act efficiently whilst under stress.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
I would say my most valuable traits would be my experience within different departments of the Police across different "lands" such as Lakeside, Takistan and many others. Furthermore, I am always described as being polite and understanding which I feel is great for deescalating situations. Also, I feel I am able to remain calm under what can seem stressful situations and provide clear and accurate communication when possible. Finally, I would say I am an overall friendly and chatty person which I feel goes a long way with civilians.

Do you have any previous military or law enforcement history? If so, elaborate:
I have spent time within almost all departments across the Police department in Lakeside and Takistan. Whilst also spending time within command.

I have had experience working as mechanic in the city which involves a lot of teamwork among us as we are often serving a lot of customers at one time.
