Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections?
I want to join the Department of Corrections for serval reasons. I like to help the government to get better control over the city and its people. I believe every man and woman deserve a second chance and the prisoners need that, I'm here to help out and keep the prison safe and the inmates.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
Stress never been an issue for me and will never be. I always think and execute action fast. If I'm in the middle of a stressful situation, I will plan and execute it in a split second.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
If I get hired I'm going to use my time and energy to learn as much as I can. I'm ready to give my full time to the department.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
I'm really good at handling stressful situations and find safety for myself and my other partners. I can talk to people in the most respectful and honest way, I can talk people out of trouble and calm the prisoners down. One of the best qualifications I can offer to the department is that I always think what's the best step to approach the prisoners, of what's right and wrong or what's dangerous or safe. I always follow the training and what the department taught me.

My name is Walter Cash, I'm originally born in Sweden. When I was 3 years old my parents moved to America in Californa, I never understood why they decided to leave Europe but Sweden back then had issues with jobs and employment. Moving to America wasn't a bad decision, they are now happier than ever. Right now I'm 24 years old moved to Los Santos 2 months ago, I mostly worked as a miner and I never liked it and never will. Down there was so dark, it made me stronger than ever to able to survive and handle stressful situations. After I realized how good I was to handle some situations by myself I realized that it's time for me to get out of here and aim for a better future. When I heard SADOC hiring and training new guards I knew this my future. And here I am, Walter Cash ready at any giving time.

Why should we hire you over anyone else (minimum 100 words)?
I like to help people in any situation or struggle they are in, working in prison is working with people that hit rock bottom. And it's something that everyone struggles with, not everyone succeed in this life. And I know it and know how these prisoners feel and their struggle. I have full knowledge of what prisoners think and I'm fully aware that some of them want to harm each other and other guards/officers. I should be hired because I have fully aware of what this job requires from me and fully aware of what it takes to be in SADOC. It's something that only a few officers/guards can offer to the department.
