I would like to play a major role in my community by transforming the criminals of Los Santos into hardworking people who do legal jobs for a living instead of their life of crime. With having conversations and relationships with these inmates there is a sense of humanity brought to them that makes them feel that the criminal life is not always the route that best fits them.
I keep calm and communicate clearly. A stressful situation is a situation that isn't really stressful unless you find it stressful. As long as you keep your cool and communicate in orderly fashion, everything will be okay.
I plan on dedicating what feels like at least 20 hours a week towards the department.
There are many traits that I posses that can be useful to the department, the most prominent of them being clear-cut communication. If there ever is a situation that may be deemed stressful to others, I will communicate in proper fashion to get everyone on the same page and up to date. We will handle the situation according to the guidelines provided by the department in order for us to keep everyone, including the criminals, safe.
I have been told by my cousin to come to the city and try to do my part to make this city a better place for all. He has warned me that there is a lot of crime in the city and that he believes in me to come here and do my part to make it safer. When I received my passport, I was thrilled. I came into the city thinking to myself, "my cousin was wrong all along about the excessive criminal activity," but soon after I saw many robberies happened right in front of my eyes. I was never accustomed to gang violence growing up, until I moved here. So I come here, to the DOC, to try to do my part for the community.
The two key concepts should be dedication to the department and the appropriate use of power. I will dedicate 90% of my time in the city to the department and I will not abuse the power privileged to by the government. Many people in this position of power would have a tendency to feel immortal, but that is not the case with me. I will use this privilege as an opportunity to help criminals change their mindset and not turn to the life of crime for the answer. Not with the use of excessive force, but with my words. Actions may speak louder than words, but words are more powerful when it comes to connecting with someone's emotions. If I have the opportunity and the privilege to become a DOC guard, then I will be honored to work to make my community a better and safer place.

No, when it comes to police experience, but yes when it comes to working as a team. I've had two jobs, interned for a state official of California, ran online servers, and ran a non-profit organization to provide kids in Armenia with backpacks and families with supplies in poor villages. I've done all these, while going through college. I'm very good at multitasking and time management, so I will definitely be able to put in the hours I need for this job.

When using /me, you are basically trying to do something in game that the script does not allow you to. For example /me throws the car keys to Louis. And then you type /do does he catch it? And if he replies with "/do yes", then you will type /givekey (ID) true. Another example would be when someone is a mechanic and they want to send a mech offer, then they would type /me pulls up the Bayview app and sends the customer an invoice. /do does he sign?. and the customer would type /do signs, and the mechanic would then proceed to send the OOC offer /mechoffer 0 500.
/do is another way of responding to a /me. When someone types (/me attempts to pick up the injured man from the floor, /do success/fail?) then the injured man would type /do success.
