- I want a firearm for basic protection. I am a Benny's worker and there has been a lot of shootings recently and I want a firearm to ensure my safety. I would use the firearm as a last resort and try to deescalate the situation first. I also love hunting and would occasionally use it for hunting.

- I would store my firearm in my gun safe at my apartment at eclipse towers. I would have one gun safe with the weapon in it. I would have a second gun safe to store the ammo in separate from the firearm. I would have a different code for both safes to unsure the safety of my firearm. I would be the only person that knows the combination and would never give them out.

In the event any claim, suit, or action is brought against the agency that issued the license, its chief officer, or any of its employees, by reason of, or in connection with any such act or omission, the licensee shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the agency that issued the license, its chief officer or any of its employees from such claim, suit, or action.
The licensee authorizes the licensing agency to investigate, as they deem necessary, the licensee's record and character to ascertain any and all information which may concern his/her qualifications and justification to be issued a license to carry a personal firearm and release said agency of any and all liability arising out of such investigation.
