My name is Giovanni Orlando Perez. I was born in Liberty City and later came out to Los Santos to build a better life for myself. Since I got here I've been trying to stay focused and keep a steady job while moving forward the right way. Right now I work as a mechanic at LSC. I deal with all kinds of people every day and it's taught me how important it is to stay patient and calm when things get stressful. I've also learned how to work with others and stay professional. Before LSC I worked as a bus driver. That job taught me a lot about responsibility and what it means to serve the public. I currently live at Eclipse Towers Apt. 84 and I'm still working on building my life here in Los Santos. I see myself as respectful and hardworking. I'm motivated and always trying to improve. I feel like joining DOC would give me a real chance to serve the state in a serious and meaningful way.

2.2 Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 75 words)
I want to join DOC because I feel like it would be a good step for me and something I can actually take seriously. I want to work in a place where people are expected to be disciplined and responsible. I also want to be part of something that has structure and a real purpose behind it. I understand DOC work isn't just standing around watching inmates. There is a lot more to it than that. You have to keep order. You have to make sure people are safe. You have to follow the rules and stay professional even when people are being difficult. I think I should be given a chance because I'm willing to learn and I'm serious about doing the job right. I'm not going to act like I know everything because I don't. But I do know how to listen and improve. My work experience has taught me how to deal with people respectfully and stay calm when things get stressful. I want to prove that I can be trusted with this kind of responsibility. I also want to represent DOC the right way and show that I'm here for the right reasons.

2.3 If you are an ex-felon, what have you learned and changed about yourself since being charged with a felony or misdemeanor (minimum 50 words)?
I'm not an ex felon and I haven't been charged or convicted of any felony or misdemeanor. I've always tried to keep myself away from criminal activity and focus on working honest jobs. I understand that working for DOC means people need to be able to trust you. You have to be mature and carry yourself the right way. I'm ready to hold myself to that standard and take the responsibility seriously.

3.1 Have you ever worked for a government agency or another job before? If so, which ones and what was your position?
I haven't worked for a government agency before. Right now I work as a mechanic at LSC. I handle repairs, upgrades, customer service, and the normal day to day mechanic work. Before LSC I worked as a bus driver. I ended up leaving that job because I found a better opportunity and wanted to keep moving forward. I wanted something that would help me grow and give me more experience.

Yes I have received admin punishments before. I received a Non RP and Unrealistic Actions punishment for exiting a cruiser while cuffed and speaking while knocked out. That happened on 13/MAY/2026 at 08:39 PM. I also received a Vehicle Deathmatching punishment for injuring another player without proper motive or escalation. That was PR 179423 and happened on 25/APR/2026 at 08:11 PM. I understand what I did wrong in both situations. Since then I've been trying to improve my RP and take situations more seriously. I've also been making sure my actions follow server rules and proper escalation. I don't have any faction bans.
