IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

The State of San Andreas v. Arthur Green
#26-BT-0018

The court has hereby received and acknowledged the above case on the 19th day of February, 2026.

The Superior Court Bench Trial system runs off of defendant responsiveness. If defendants are interacting with the court or their attorney, a Notice to Schedule will be posted with all parties being able note their availability. A Judge will then pick the most suitable time for trial. Once a trial has been scheduled, the court will consider most submissions to be final.

The defendant is further encouraged to speak with an authorized individual at Rockford Hills City Hall, Mission Row Police Station, or Paleto Bay Sheriff's Office for official clarification on the specific charges received and their respective date and times, as once the case has been activated, any omitted charges will be considered abandoned and unable to be disputed within this case.

MOTION FOR DISCOVERY

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

State of San Andreas v. Arthur Green
#26-BT-0018

A Motion for Discovery was filed in the above case on the 29th day of March, 2026.

The State of San Andreas, by and through the undersigned attorney, filed this Motion for Discovery, and presents the following as evidence;

  • Exhibit#1 Arrest Report
    Image

    Los Santos Police Department

    ARREST REPORT
    "TO PROTECT AND TO SERVE"

    • ARREST DETAILS
      • Arresting Officer: Zero Hunter
        Callsign: 3-K-20

        Date of Arrest: 17/FEB/2026
        Officers Involved:
        • Police Detective II Zero Hunter
        • Police Officer III Zack Armani
        • Police Commander Samuel Martin
Narrative: Explain what happened in detail, provide sufficient detail to justify the charges. Video and image evidence can be provided. Specifically state why each charge listed was placed.
There had been a few store robberies going on at multiple stores, BOLOs were retrieved with potential Souls Affiliates being the primary suspects due to description. Grove Store had a 911 alarm go off and a couple of units responded. Commander Martin's unit had seen Souls and pulled them over and eventually out to arrest them on matching the BOLOs. During this time Detective Hunter approached their scene to provide security and witnessed a Kamacho circling the area, also Souls affiliated. The suspect was pulled over and confirmed to be a member of Souls. CCTV footage was retrieved from Grove Store which showed the main suspect being at the robbery while it was on going standing outside the store. I asked the suspect to step out and onto the side to detain them. Rights were read and then questioned about the store to which they happily admitted to being at the store while it was robbed claiming "I did not go inside the store so I had no part in it". The suspect was arrested as they were in fact a part of the crime by being outside of the store, scouting on the same frequency as the two arrested on Martin's scene and being confirmed affiliates of the Souls all whilst wearing the exact same outfit and admitting to being at the store but not calling 911 in any way.

    • MUGSHOT
      SUSPECT #1 DETAILS
      • Full Name: Arthur Green
        Phone Number: 2025
License(s) Suspended: Driver Trucker Firearms Pilot
        Charge(s):
        • GF03 - Armed Robbery
Evidence: Include a photo of the evidence items; it is optional to document the items in writing when including a photo. Always provide the serial number of any seized firearm. Mark where the possessions were stored.
        Evidence Description and/or Photo
Exhibit A: CCTV Footage from the Store.
Evidence Location: Mission Row Station Vinewood Police Headquarters Department of Corrections

    Official Witness Statement
"HERE FOR YOU | SAFE FOR YOU"
    Case Information
    • Incident Date: 17/FEB/2026
    Witness Information
    • Name: Zero Hunter
      Date of Birth: 08/JAN/1995
      Phone Number: REDACTED
Occupation: Detective, Los Santos Police Department
    Witness Statement
    • To whom it may concern,

In terms of the narrative I have nothing more to add than what I have already wrote in the arrest report. Not sure what arrest report was read by the prosecutor considering half the details in the questions make no sense so I will try my best to answer them.

      1. Multiple stores had CCTV captured as was mentioned in the arrest report when stating "There had been a few store robberies going on at multiple stores, BOLOs were retrieved with potential Souls Affiliates being the primary suspects due to description." Souls are very proud of their gold and white colours showing them both off on their cars and clothing. This was the reason I said "potential", suspects were then as stated pulled out by Commander Martin, the CO of GND who were unmasked and checked for ID before being arrest which was before Arthur being pulled over. He was actively circling arrests to do with the store robbers who were positively identified to be Souls. So yes, BOLOs of actual CCTV footage showed the description of Souls affiliated with the store robberies and yes, he was actively circling the scene of two arrested Souls members from the BOLOs that matched the description.

      2. The suspect matched the exact description of someone in CCTV whilst numerous affiliates violently robbed a store. Regardless of his role he is an affiliate who was found to be on the same frequency waiting outside of the store whilst his affiliates robbed a store, actively not reporting the crime and happily admitting to all of that after his rights were read to him.

Hopefully that answers your questions, as for the narrative, again nothing would be different than both the arrest report and the inquiry I answered previously.
    Witness Affirmation
    • I, Zero Hunter, affirm that the above statement is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I affirm that this statement has been made voluntarily, made without promise of reward, and made not under threat, force, or coercion. ((I affirm that all information submitted has been obtained via In-Character means.))

      Signed,
