Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections? To keep it as honest and transparent as possible, I really need to make some money. I have tried other jobs in the city but none seem to fit me. I want to learn the legal system and what better way to do that than to work at the actual prison? I want to join DOC because I'm looking for a second home. Somewhere that people are actually considerate of others. I want to be able to work my way up the ranks and be a commanding officer of the DOC one day.
What qualifications do you have that would be an asset to us? I have very thick skin, no matter what the inmates would say to me, it would not get under my skin and cause me to do anything drastic. I am stern and a quick learner so I can learn the system and policies efficiently. I also have a great instinct so when I have a gut feeling about something happening, it usually does. I'm that guy that says "I told you so" to many people because I think about the result of actions. Whether doing something is a good, or bad idea, my judgement never fails me.
Have you any military of law enforcement history? I've been on countless ride-alongs with different officers and I enjoyed every second of it. I was going to apply to Los Santos Police Department, but they aren't accepting any new applicants. This position at DOC seems like a good first step for me to be introduced to the justice side of the city and really see it from the enforcer's point of view. Everyone has a misconception that law enforcement are all evil people that power trip all the time, but I firmly believe that there are reasons behind every action that takes place. Whether it be a grudge that someone cannot let go of, or about general public safety, there is always some kind of reason for the policies and laws.
Have you ever been convicted of a crime? I have never been convicted of a crime.
Why should we hire you over anyone else? (Minimum 100 words). You guys should hire me, Kai Fang, into the Department of Corrections because I am a fun and energetic personality. A lot of people look at work like it's something to dread, but I always bring positive vibes and enthusiasm into the environment. I also know how to work a firearm because my father during the Vietnam war made it so that me and my brother had to know how to use a firearm, for our safety. I have a pinpoint accuracy shot and can defuse any situation preventing it from escalating into something uncontrollable. I know how to take orders and carry it out successfully no matter what obstacles lay in my way. I want to look over these criminals and make sure they learn their lesson from their mistakes that caused them to get turned into the Department of Corrections. I also want to network with the employees of DOC so that we can be friends and not just co-workers that you only say hello to when you get ready to go into your shift. I also want to know what it is like to be in some kind of law enforcement. Hopefully I will be able to be a high ranking Department of Corrections officer one day and lead my own crew and mold my own system of correctional institutes so that the inmates are learning their lesson but at the same time are treated well. I believe in positive reinforcement. Negative reinforcement will only bring negative feedback, and so being positive and helping these inmates will bring a positive change into not only the individual inmates, but the city as a whole. One last thing about me that may be different from the other applicants is that I tend to be awake in the city of Los Santos while the rest of the town is at home sleeping through the night. Not sure if this makes a big difference, but I've gone to DOC many times and tried to speak with a guard, however none were on duty. I could be that one guard that is on duty when the rest of the guards sleep for the night.
