3.1) Why are you interested in becoming Attorney General? How would this aling with your long-term goals?- I am interested in becoming the Attorney General so that I may make the state a safer place. Too long have I noticed Attorneys General are lacking in most things, while hyper-focusing on another. One Attorney General made it his mission to prosecute those who hold offices, another made it their mission to hit criminal enterprises where it hurts, another... Well... I don't actually know what the other Attorneys General were known for if I'm being honest. I seek to be an all-around focus type of Attorney General. Making sure we have accountability for all, be they former heads of state, or known public terrorists. All persons are equal under law. This *aligns* with my long term goals to make the state safer for everybody, without fear of intimidation from anybody. Be they my current employer, or those who would seek to end my life for causing them to rethink their decisions.
- As it stands, I'm already responsible for training members of the Special Enforcement Bureau, Though the means and methods will be different, the core idea of instruction remains the same.
I will ensure to teach the core tenets of Equality under Law, making sure that we are prosecuting individuals fairly. I would not seek to over prosecute, thus encumbering my office with needless paperwork that we won't have enough hands to deal with, instead I will focus on making sure we are prosecuting cases where things charges aren't being fished for. As an experienced Law Enforcement Officer, I know when a charge is a fishing charge versus a legitimate charge, and I have often advocated against placing these charges. Additionally, in order to properly train my divisional staff, I would ensure to oversee cases that my staff take on as new prosecutors, coaching them on how to best argue to make a charge stick, for charges that are once again as mentioned previously fishing charges, I would advise my staff to focus less on these charges, as they are not the ones that will yield a conviction, They would have been placed by Law Enforcement Officers who are "Angry" or "displeased" with the suspects at the time of charging.
Additionally, I will establish that Prosecutors are the only ones training new prosecutors. Although I do not dare imply that Defense Attorneys would attempt to improperly train a prosecutor so as to make their own jobs easier, I would like to eliminate the possibility of such entirely.
- Clear Focus, Direct, Knowledgeable, and Compromising. Being Clear focused and Direct will allow you to undertake all tasks objectively, instead of subjectively, so that you're not applying your own personal biases in your work. Being knowledgeable is important due to needing to know how the law is applied, how to best swing it to your advantage, and how to out-smart your opposing council. Finally, being properly Compromising is important so that when in the face of defeat, you can make it seem that you are offering the olive branch, despite having the cards stacked against you. Taking away a minor win, instead of leaving with a major loss. These are things that I think are most important for an Attorney General.
- I would like to fully audit all current case work, filing for voluntary dismissal on cases where the evidence to support a department's claims is nonexistent, and doubling down on cases that are stronger, making sure that justice is enacted on those who are deserving. I would also like to review all of the prosecution staff, re-interviewing them and submitting them to additional training if I deem their understanding of the application of the law to be unfit, or if their work ethic isn't suitable.
Additionally, I'd like to work closer with the Law Enforcement Agencies of the State so that we can more effectively deliver justice upon those who would seek to threaten our constitutional rights, and bring us under fear. I would like to introduce more collaboration, instead of more assignation, teamwork is the pillar under which we will be able to flourish and do justice, working divided against each other and accusing each other will only divide and harbor resentment for each other's departments and Branches.

- Yes, I've had a few. 1 DM Punishment, and 2 NonRP Punishments. The DM punishment was getting involved in a situation where I shouldn't have. The first non-RP punishment was for FearRP, I pulled a weapon while under gunpoint whilst the person was typing, and the second was for conducting a robbery where my reward wasn't in proportion with the risk.
