Date & Time of Incident(s): 03/10/2025
Charge(s):
  • Evading and Obstruction
Narrative:
i was arrested for evading, but there was no sirens on and no one asked me to pull over. which led to me being vocal about the unlawful arrest leading to an obstruction charge, to which i have body cam footage of... i feel this was a very unwarrented charge as i was working towards getting my firearms license back. this has put a big divot on my planned business as a security company when i broke no laws. i have only recently found out that i only have 7 days to fight the charges against me, but i still feel i should atleast be able to fight my case

"EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW"

NOTICE OF REJECTION

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

State of San Andreas v. Fr. Maurice Scanlon

A Notice of Rejection was entered in the above case on 22nd of October, 2025.

The Superior Court of San Andreas has reviewed your filing, and the case has been rejected by the court for the reason specified below.

We understand the want to contest your charges, however the judicial branch has a strict 7 day timeline. The submission the court received for your case was on the 20th of October. You were charged and served time on the 3rd of October. Unfortunately, you are outside of the 7 day window at this point.

The court thanks you for the time spent on this filing; however, this situation will not be reviewed as it does not adhere to the guidelines set forth by the San Andreas Judicial Branch.

Respectfully,
