Narrative:
I will not be contesting most of these charges, I will mainly be contesting the double stacked charges. I was charged with Shooting from a vehicle AND Shooting from a vehicle of a gov employee. These two charges should not be stacked together and I would like to receive compensation for the extra time I had spent in jail.

PLEA AGREEMENT


  • Pursuant to the case of State of San Andreas v. Ricardo Carmello; Attorney General Terence Williams, and the defendant, Ricardo Carmello, have entered into agreement, the terms of which are as follows;
    1. Current Charges
      1. WM03 - Criminal Use of Weapon Modifications
      2. WF02 - Shooting from a Vehicle (Drive-By) of a Government Employee
      3. WF03 - Possession of a Class 2 Firearm
      4. GM19 - Face Concealment (b)
      5. GF03 - Armed Robbery
    2. Former Charges
      The state shall pursue the current charges listed above, in place of the original charges listed below:
      1. WM03 - Criminal Use of Weapon Modifications
      2. WF02 - Shooting from a Vehicle (Drive-By) of a Government Employee
      3. WF03 - Possession of a Class 2 Firearm
      4. GM19 - Face Concealment (b)
      5. WF02 - Shooting from a Vehicle (Drive-By)
      6. GF03 - Armed Robbery
    3. General Provisions
      • The defendant agrees to plead guilty to the Current Charges outlined in Section I. The State waives the right to pursue the Former Charges outlined in Section II in regards to this particular incident. The defendant will not be required to pay court fees or associated appeal fees.
    4. Waiver of Rights
      • It is CRITICAL that you read this section of the plea agreement thoroughly. By signing this document, the defendant agrees to surrender certain rights, notably; the defendant may not further appeal charges agreed to within this plea bargain.

        This agreement may not be terminated at the discretion of a defendant, the defendant's counsel, nor the prosecution; it may only be terminated by the presiding judge under strict guidelines set forth by the Supreme Court of San Andreas.

        By signing this document, the defendant is pleading guilty to the charges outlined in Section I and these charges may not be challenged at a later date.

ISSUANCE OF VERDICT


IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

State of San Andreas v. Ricardo Carmello
#25-BT-0100

A the above case was resolved on the 5th day of July, 2025.


A Plea Agreement was filed by the Prosecution and accepted by the court. Within the agreement, the defendant pled guilty to the charge(s) of WM03 - Criminal Use of Weapon Modifications, WF02 - Shooting from a Vehicle (Drive-By) of a Government Employee, WF03 - Possession of a Class 2 Firearm, GM19 - Face Concealment (b), and GF03 - Armed Robbery.

It is with the above considerations that I issue the following verdict:
  • On the count of WM03 - Criminal Use of Weapon Modifications, I find the defendant, Ricardo Carmello, guilty.
  • On the count of WF02 - Shooting from a Vehicle (Drive-By) of a Government Employee, Ricardo Carmello, guilty.
  • On the count of WF03 - Possession of a Class 2 Firearm, I find the defendant, Ricardo Carmello, guilty.
  • On the count of GM19 - Face Concealment (b), I find the defendant, Ricardo Carmello, guilty.
  • On the count of GF03 - Armed Robbery, I find the defendant, Ricardo Carmello, guilty.
  • On the count of WF02 - Shooting from a Vehicle (Drive-By), I find the defendant, Ricardo Carmello, not guilty.


The defendant is not entitled to any further compensation from the court as the LSPD Internal Affairs has settled the matter with the defendant privately. However, the defendant is encouraged to stop by city hall to have their record amended by any superior court judge.
