- Attention Former LSPD Employees,
Moving forward, if you have previously been hired by the Los Santos Police Department as a full time employee (Police Officer or Civilian Employee), you will no longer have to file a request with the Department to go on a ride along, provided you are in good standing with the Department and also, legally.
You will of course be expected to adhere to all the regulations as normal, but this is a minor concession to allow former employees to reconnect with their colleagues and the job they previously had, in an observer's capacity.
Those officers conducting a ride-along for ex-LSPD employees should simply double check their credentials to ensure they were previously employed by us and then proceed as if they had an active and approved request.
