Following her recent appointment as Chief of LSEMS, Chief River Paige has requested a comprehensive review of Pillbox MD and its facilities to ensure that the hospital is up to code and can continue providing San Andreas with the highest quality of medical care.

During this review, Contractors raised concerns regarding Ward D's state, as it failed to meet safety standards in the event of future natural disasters. After careful consideration, it was decided that Ward D, which is home to numerous employee offices and our BLS classroom, would immediately begin receiving the necessary seismic upgrades to bring it back up to code.

To ensure that our contractors can facilitate this work promptly without disruption, LSEMS has made the difficult decision to temporarily restrict the public’s access to Ward D. This primarily affects those interested in attending our Basic Life Support Courses, as no classes will be held from May 23rd to May 25th.

LSEMS apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciates the public’s understanding as we work to ensure that we can continue to provide high-quality medical care to the citizens of San Andreas. We anticipate that a majority of all renovations will be concluded towards the end of the month, with BLS classes resuming once the classroom has been cleared for use.

For any questions or concerns regarding Basic Life Support, Please contact the head of Basic Life Support via email.
