      Phone Number: 312-6487
Occupation: Police Officer III, Los Santos Police Department
    Witness Statement
    • On April 11, 2025, I responded to a 911 call with Officer AL Hollyrock and Police Officer Conrad Laurant for a reported robbery and threatening messages. Upon arriving at DCC, we spoke to two female complainants who indicated they were confronted earlier at the clothes factory loading dock when they were operating a brown Benson. They explained that a black motorcycle, believed to be a Carbon RS, tried robbing them and shot at there vehicle and then later sent them threatening texts.

As they were giving officers more information, the victims spotted an approaching motorcycle that matched the description and recognized the individuals on it as the same suspects, by their white hoodie. I had a unit pull over the motorcycle, but the bike fled, which initiated a pursuit. The further investigation revealed that the cell phone number used in sending the threatening messages was the same as that belonging to the registered owner of the motorcycle, thus completing the connection.Since matters escalated, Major Crimes Division Officer Dean Molloy was able to help with the investigation and linked the suspects to a earlier case of shooting at officers.

The motorcycle was subsequently dumped at the scrapyard where the two suspects made a foot pursuit. During the manhunt, one of the suspects drew a gun and fired at officers and was then injured and taken into custody. The second suspect, Max Christison, was later found hiding behind a bush in the Scrapyard after a few officers (including myself) already passed the area where he was concealed. He was eventually found by Officer AL Hollyrock and was taken into custody.

    Witness Statement
    • On the 11th of April, 3-K-13 was called by Officer Laurant Conrad to a scene pending an investigation.
On the scene, two females said they had been shot at by a 2x occupied BF-400 and that one of the shooters texted her, threatening her life as he believed she owed him 20,000.

While I was talking with the 911 callers, our units were in pursuit of the said vehicle around scrap yard. The individuals were apprehended and found in possession of 2 .50 Pistols.

COURT DECISION

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

State of San Andreas v. Max Christison

A decision was reached in the above case on the 11th day of July, 2025.

Due to a lack of response from the defendant in the above case, the case will now be accepting the plea of guilty from the defendant. The defendant was given ample time to interact with the courts and file availability. If any of the dates and times did not align with the schedule of the defendant, they were able to contact the courts stating the like. As little to no contact has been made with the courts in the past 3-4 weeks, this case will now be archived and the charges will remain on the record of the defendant.
