    I hope you are well.
    You may have seen recent public inquiries by ourselves to other agencies regarding Boat travel and boat fuel, and we wish to ask a similar inquiry to yourselves.
    
    We understand it may be a request you cannot fulfil, and we fully accept that, but we wish to know if there has ever been any indictments relating to boats, boat travel, or boat fuel. We wish to understand this information a bit more so we can add to our in progress white paper on the safety of boat fuel and boating.

  Looking back into indictments in the past, (which are publicly available through the criminal court) there have been no incidents regarding boats, boat travel or it's fuel. I'm sure there have been criminal trials related to boats in the past but specifically regarding indictments, we have zero data on boat related crimes.
