    Suspect Details
    Full Name: Ronny Miguel

    • Attempted SF02 - Murder of a Gov. Employee (Felony $6750)
    • WF02 - Shooting from a Vehicle (Drive-By) (Felony $3000)

A number of souls-affiliated individuals sat on bikes outside city hall whilst Ronny Miguel was in the courtroom facing trial. Aki Kurokawa attempted to approach the property but was turned away due to trespassing. she and the other affiliates began to drive around and stalk city hall on their bikes.

Ronny was found guilty and left the property shouting, "This is just the beginning; you will hear more." He then got onto a motorbike and placed a mask on his face, he was then witnessed by GSB agents driving around the property and the general area repeatedly whilst SADOC left.
Aki Kurokawa and Ronny then pulled around the front of city hall and fired from their bikes at GSb agents and other SASG employees. The Agents immediately took cover and began to return fire before LSPD arrived on the scene, and a chase ensued.

    Case Information
    • Case Number: [CRI-2504-01]
      Incident Date: [29/MAR/2025]
    Witness Information
    • Name: [Tristan Murphy]
      Date of Birth: [08/MAR/1991]
      Phone Number: [4822677]
      Occupation: [GSB]
    Witness Statement
    • [On the date of March 29th, 2025, immediately following the court trial of Mr. Ronny Miguel—who had just been found guilty—while patrolling in a marked GSB cruiser in the vicinity of City Hall, I observed a motorcycle parked on the west side of the property. The motorcycle was visually confirmed to be associated with Mr. Miguel prior to the trial.

As the court proceedings concluded and individuals began to disperse from the building, I observed Mr. Miguel exit City Hall. He appeared visibly agitated and began to loudly shout threats directed toward government personnel present on the premises. These threats were audible and included violent rhetoric.

Mr. Miguel then approached the previously mentioned motorcycle, mounted it, and placed a mask over his face. Despite the facial covering, I can confirm that his identity had already been positively established prior to him concealing his face.

Following this, Mr. Miguel circled the property multiple times on his motorcycle, continuing to shout threats and inflammatory statements in the direction of Government Security Bureau agents, SADOC Correctional Services staff, and other government employees leaving the building.

Shortly thereafter, Mr. Miguel positioned himself at the front entrance of City Hall and opened fire from his motorcycle using a firearm. The shots were fired in the direction of multiple GSB agents and SASG employees in what can be described as a drive-by style attack.

GSB agents on scene immediately sought cover and returned fire to protect themselves and others in the vicinity. LSPD units arrived shortly after, at which point Mr. Miguel fled eastbound past City Hall, initiating a pursuit.

Based on my direct observations, the identity of Mr. Ronny Miguel was confirmed both prior to and during the incident. His actions demonstrated a clear and deliberate intent to cause harm to government personnel, posing a significant threat to public safety.

This concludes my witness statement in support of the charges filed by GSB Director Conway against Mr. Miguel for the attack on March 29th, 2025.]
    Witness Affirmation
    • I, [Tristan Murphy], affirm that the above statement is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I affirm that this statement has been made voluntarily, made without promise of reward, and made not under threat, force, or coercion. ((I affirm that all information submitted has been obtained via In-Character means.))

      Signed,

Superior Court of San Andreas
"EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW"

COURT DECISION

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

State of San Andreas v. Ronny Miguel

A decision was reached in the above case on the 11th day of July, 2025.

Due to a lack of response from the defendant in the above case, the case will now be accepting the plea of guilty from the defendant. The defendant was given ample time to interact with the courts and file availability. If any of the dates and times did not align with the schedule of the defendant, they were able to contact the courts stating the like. As little to no contact has been made with the courts in the past 3-4 weeks, this case will now be archived and the charges will remain on the record of the defendant.
