More men wearing the same colors and shirts showed up in a sports car and terminus, it was clear the men that had recently left and these new men that showed up were talking to each other on radio were all together. Ultimately, I found Nicholas dressed in the exact same clothing as the men outside, (NM03 - Unlawful Assembly) but my backup had arrived, and they left. I then entered the house where I found Nicholas (GF15 - Burglary). He was in the middle of gathering items off the floor (GF10 - Grand Theft) I asked him to put his hands up in which he did I. then searched Him where I found two crates filled with furniture and packed cash on the ground infront of him.

    Case Information
    • Incident Date: 15/MAR/2025
    Witness Information
    • Name: AL Hollyrock
      Date of Birth: 26/APRIL/1999
      Phone Number:
Occupation: POII, Los Santos Police Department
    Witness Statement
    • I responded to a 911 call of a house robbery Marathon Ave. 12 when I arrived on scene, I saw a vehicle with 2x occupants wearing matching black with gray checkered shirts/sweaters, they quickly drove away in a black terminus talking on their radio As I could see through their windows. I made the call on dispatch radio asking for backup, I did not get a chance to scan their plate as they left when they saw me. I then walked up to the house at the 911 call was coming from and I entered it Making everyone aware this was the Los Santos Police Department put your hands up. This is where I found Mr Castillo with his hands up and two crates at his feet I then read Mr Castillo his Miranda rights and cuffed him. There is also the 9/11 caller standing on his bed remaining on the line with the dispatchers. Mr Castillo was wearing a mask and the exact same clothing as the individuals that were outside were wearing. This led me to believe they are friends and the people who left were his look out. Upon searching the crates, I found packs of money and furniture a drill black leather gloves and a lug wrench. I then brought Mr Castillo outside where Deputy Chief Nash arrived as well as two other individuals one on a BF400 the other one in a sports car wearing the exact same clothing as the people previous who left the area as well as Mr Castillo were wearing I did see the terminus parked across the street by the beach just watching. I stayed outside well deputy chief Nash went inside to recover the items as I did not want to leave Mr Castillo in a vehicle by himself with multiple individuals wearing the same clothes as him in the area. We recovered the evidence I took the pictures and transported Mr Castillo to DOC.

I did give Mr Castillo the GC 04 face concealment charge as this was the homes of Los Locos affiliates who wear the colors of all the individuals who were on the scene and Mr Castillo, some of them even saying i live two doors down I'm allowed to be at my door. It could be argued that he is in the general vicinity of his own residence as it is a motel. The man standing on his bed on the phone to 911 proved to me he was breaking into somebody'd house.
    Witness Affirmation
    • I, AL Hollyrock, affirm that the above statement is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I affirm that this statement has been made voluntarily, made without promise of reward, and made not under threat, force, or coercion. ((I affirm that all information submitted has been obtained via In-Character means.))

      Signed,

MOTION TO COMPEL DISCOVERY

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

State of San Andreas v. Nicolas Castillo
#25-BT-0074

A Motion to Compel Discovery was filed in the above case on the 11th of June, 2025.

The Defendant, by and through the undersigned attorney, filed this Motion to Compel Discovery, and requests as follows;

  • Requested Discovery: All available bodycam, dashcam, and CCTV footage relevant to the arrest, search, and alleged criminal acts involving Nicolas Castillo, specifically from:
    • Deputy Chief Jaxon Nash
    • Police Officer Al Hollyrock
    • Detailed Reasoning: Although NM03 is a misdemeanor, all charges, including the serious felonies GF15 and GF10, require proper, reliable evidence for the Defense to review. The requested footage is essential to determine the facts surrounding Mr. Castillo's alleged involvement in burglary, grand theft, and unlawful assembly. The current case file contains no direct evidence - only narrative statements that make assumptions based on proximity, attire, and alleged group affiliation.
Without bodycamera footage or visual recordings from the officers listed, the Defense cannot fairly assess the basis for arrest or alleged entry into private property.

Additionally, the Prosecution has referenced a possible affiliation with "Los Locos" as context for their charging decisions. However, no evidence has been submitted to substantiate this claim.

  • Requested Discovery: Any documentation used to establish affiliation with "Los Locos"
    • Detailed Reasoning: This material is critical to determining whether Mr. Castillo has any actual affiliation with the named group and to ensure he is judged based on his own actions - not assumptions or guilt by association. Without access to this discovery, the Defense cannot protect his due process rights under the 5th and 14th Amendments of the San Andreas Constitution.

The Defense sincerely apologizes for the delayed submission of this motion. Due to an overwhelming volume of active cases, it has been challenging to meet every filing deadline in a timely manner. We understand the importance of procedural efficiency and respect the time of both the Court and the Prosecution. We ask for the Court’s understanding and assure all parties that this delay was not due to negligence, but to workload constraints that we are actively working to improve.

COURT DECISION

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

State of San Andreas v. Nicolas Castillo
#25-CM-0074

A decision was reached in the above case on the 15th day of July, 2025.

Given the lack of response from the defense, the court will be moving forward assuming they want to continue with the motion. That being said, we are requesting information from the prosecution to prove affiliation of the defendant to the criminal organization known as the Los Locos. The court was unable the confirm the information themselves via the typical means of determining affiliation. However, we recognize that law enforcement has deeper investigations we are not always aware of and leave room for confirmation of said information upon either public or sealed presentation of said evidence.

Additionally the courts will be requesting the prosecution attempt to reach out and obtain any and all bodycam, dash cam, or CCTV footage from Deputy Chief Jaxon Nash and Police Officer Al Hollyrock from the date/incident in question.

Prosecution you now have 14 days to comply with this order due to the lack of staff within the division.

So Ordered,

COURT DECISION

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

State of San Andreas v. Nicolas Castillo

A decision was reached in the above case on the 10th day of September, 2025.

Due to a lack of response from the defendant in the above case, the case will now be accepting the plea of guilty from the defendant. The defendant was given ample time to interact with the courts and file availability. If any of the dates and times did not align with the schedule of the defendant, they were able to contact the courts stating the like. As little to no contact has been made with the courts in the past 3-4 weeks, this case will now be archived and the charges will remain on the record of the defendant.
