    Official Witness Statement
"HERE FOR YOU | SAFE FOR YOU"
    Case Information
    • Case Number: [Case Number]
      Incident Date: [30/JAN/2025]
    Witness Information
    • Name: Louise Hoffman
      Date of Birth: [06/FEB/1994]
      Phone Number: [265-5467]
Occupation: Sheriffs Investigation Bureau, Los Santos Sheriffs Department
    Witness Statement
    • I was undercover for this operation, as a GND Investigator. I had an active frequency with ten+ individuals discussing plans to pick up an illegal shipment. Multiple gangs were called out over the frequency, and I heard the individuals on the frequency preparing to get into position to pick it up, and readying themselves to fight. This drop was confirmed on the frequency to be a joint illegal shipment from both OTF and Regiment. They called out a joint frequency with both gangs over the radio so I switched over when they changed their binds and continued listening in.
I called in units simultaneously to get to the location which was next to double dolls on GOH.
When the illegal shipment dropped, multiple people on the frequency coordinated to pick it up as our own units moved in. I coordinated our units since I could hear the radio, and it is how I know the following information:
      1. Vehicle and owner: Over radio between the chaos people were attempting to pick up the drop. It was clearly heared over radio "Tom is going down" "Tom is picking it up" "It's in Tom's Kamacho". All the while, our units spotted the Kamacho going to the crates and loading it up.
      2. When Tom was pulled over following what units witnessed, and following what I was listening to on frequency, it was confirmed over radio that Tom Daniels had the crate as the individuals on the radio were debating on how to help Tom out, and stated "he has the drop guys".
With both confirmation over radio that Tom Daniels picked up the crates, that our units witnessed the same Kamacho going to pick up the crates, and pulling him over and the gang saying over frequency that he had the drop, we had more than enough probable cause to detain him and lawfully search his vehicle.
    Witness Affirmation
    • I, Louise Hoffman, affirm that the above statement is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I affirm that this statement has been made voluntarily, made without promise of reward, and made not under threat, force, or coercion. ((I affirm that all information submitted has been obtained via In-Character means.))

      Signed,

  • Exhibit #3: Bodycam footage
    Bodycam footage
    *
    • * On the provided bodycam footage, you would hear radio chatter on a frequency indicating multiple people. The topic of conversation would be to pick up an illegal shipment. The individuals would call out a joint frequency over radio and you would see Hoffman changing her frequency to the new one.
    • * The individuals on the frequency would begin planning on picking up the crates, called out PD and SD too. Through the individuals chattering, it would be heard that Tom is going down and picking up the crates. You would hear Tom has the crates followed by another individual confirming "It's in Tom's Kamacho".
    • * Over TAC radio it would also be called out simultaneously that a unit can see a Kamacho going towards the crates, and picking the crates up.
    • * Hoffman would be watching from a bike, whilst units pull over a Kamacho. Over radio, the individuals would confirm that units had pulled over Tom. Another voice on the radio would say "he has the drop guys".
    • * You would hear Hoffman intermittently relay the information through to TAC to the units. Indicating to the units on scene that they had the confirmed Kamacho.

COURT DECISION

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

State of San Andreas v. Tom Daniels
#25-BT-0016

A decision was reached in the above case on the 15th day of June, 2025.

Due to a lack of response from the defendant in the above case, the case will now be involuntarily dismissed. The defendant was given ample time to interact and file availability. If any of the dates and times did not align with the schedule of the defendant, they were able to contact the courts stating the like. As no contact has been made with the courts aside from the initial filing, this case will now be dismissed and the charges will remain on the record of the defendant.
