    INCIDENT NARRATIVE
    • Incident Date: 27/JAN/2025
      
      Explain what happened, sufficient detail must be given to justify the placed charges, videos could be provided.
      • Shots were heard around Tinsel Tower and the situation was called over to TAC-2.
        I responded to the call, upon arriving I could see a few injured members of OTF and Empire and some corpses around the area.
        AIR-1 called out a suspect who tried to run away from the scene towards Taquilala.
        Cyrus and I responded to the call and I found him lying on the ground on the second floor.
        After searching the area and the roof AIR-1 was able to track him on, 13 plants of marijuana were found right where Tom tried to hide and he was charged accordingly with DM03 - Possession of a Schedule III Controlled Substance and processed at MRPD.

    • Document the possessions confiscated from the arrested suspect.
      Possessions are to be documented individually, examples of documented illegal possessions are "Pistol .50" or "12 grams of Cocaine". Legal possessions that can be categorized may be grouped, eg. "Clothing" to describe all clothing items. Body camera footage/pictures may be attached as an evidence exhibit.
      
      Where possible, the serial number of each firearm seized as evidence should be noted.

  Witness Statement

  • Detective Carver spotted Tom Daniels fleeing the scene of a gang shootout once police arrived on scene. Detective Carver chased Tom Daniels up to the roof across from the Tequila-La-La bar while the helicopter kept visual of Tom to make sure no weapon was pulled on the Detective while ladders were being climbed. Once Detective Carver reached the top, he noticed the marijuana ditched by Tom on the floor. Detective Carver continued the foot chase down the side of the building before Tom ran inside Tequila-La-La. Detective Carver waited outside for backup before making entry. Tom Daniels was taken into custody.

  Witness Statement

  • We had a pursuit going on when suddenly AIR-1 heard shots fired just below Tequilala and requested us to respond to that immediately.
    We moved to a different TAC channel for the ongoing situation and noticed a large number of Empire and OTF at the area, some were injured and the rest were still on foot.
    AIR-1 could see Tom Daniels on one of the roofs hiding over there and after Tom noticed he had got the attention of AIR-1, he tried to flee away going in Tequilala and trying to hide at the second floor.
    Detective Carver and I went in to look for him and found him lying on the ground trying to hide from any forces going in the building.
    I have initiated an arrest of him and detained him for further investigation.
    I could NOT find any possessions on him but Detective Carver has went on the roof where AIR-1 spotted him at the first place and found 13 marijuana plants hidden there between one of the vents.
    I was told to go pick it up and charge Tom accordingly for the possessions.

  • During the situation noted, I was piloting the LSPD helicopter above the situation and made the callout to other ground units over radio that a shootout between two gangs was occurring near Tinsel Towers apartments. Ground units responded and I continued to provide callouts on the whereabouts of the suspects moving around the area. I do not know which of the individuals on the ground was Tom Daniels. This was the extent of my involvement in the situation.

A decision was reached in the above case on the 15th day of June, 2025.

Due to a lack of response from the defendant in the above case, the case will now be involuntarily dismissed. The defendant was given ample time to interact and file availability. If any of the dates and times did not align with the schedule of the defendant, they were able to contact the courts stating the like.
