Los Santos County Sheriff's Department Sheriff's Information Division "A TRADITION OF SERVICE" |
- January 5th, 2024Executive Order #10 Conclusion
Following the declassification of the efforts of both departments, the Sheriff's Information Division has the following information to publish with regards to the Executive Order.
In response to unprecedented attacks on law enforcement by the criminal organization known as the Lost MC, the San Andreas State Government (SASG) took swift and decisive action to protect public safety. Executive Order #10 enacted emergency measures to counter escalating violence, dismantle dangerous gangs (Lost MC, OTF, and Midnight), and uphold the rule of law. These efforts not only addressed immediate threats but also laid the groundwork for long-term crime prevention.
- Mobilizing the National Guard to assist in operations against Lost MC and their allies.
- Suspending certain legal protections for Lost MC members during the enforcement period.
- Tracking and seizing assets belonging to Lost MC members while restricting their access to government facilities.
- Enhancing gang enforcement operations, including covert radio interference and stricter correctional measures.
We reached out to a command member of our Special Enforcement Division and they had this strong message for any one who thinks our county is “open for business” for any criminal organization.
Staff Sergeant Cliff Derringer wrote:To all those who seek to violate the law, believing themselves above the principles of liberty and justice that safeguard our society: ask the terrorist militia who defied those laws at Vespucci Beach on December 8, 2024, what became of their efforts.
Just as we warned them, we now warn you:
Actions have consequences.
God help you if you think otherwise.
This press release is not meant to boast but to honor the extraordinary efforts of the courageous men and women in SIB and SED. These dedicated deputies risked their lives to dismantle cowardly criminals who sought to instill fear and chaos in our communities.
The Los Santos County Sheriff’s Department sends a clear message ORGANIZED CRIME WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
Those who dare engage in such activities will face the full force of our law enforcement teams. While specific details cannot be disclosed at this time, we are proud to report that SASG’s rapid response has made our streets safer and our communities stronger.
