2.10 Why should we accept you for that position?: In my previous role here I proved myself in every division and made changes which helped the SADOC for the better including leading high intensity cert situations, weapon certifications, LSEMS training, rehabilitating people through FRD and parole, changing the way groundskeeping is run from a command position, and lastly building training areas for the members of SADOC so they can be ready for anything .I wish to come back and assist with the SADOC in the exact same way I did before.
