Provide details of the incident leading up to the arrest
      • I noticed a vehicle speeding in the city and attempted to initiate a traffic stop when I noticed the vehicle was reported stolen. The driver immediately got out and ran on foot. I began chasing the suspect on foot, when Cole also responded and helped me detain and arrest the suspect. There were two individuals on his radio that I investigated, and found Dasha Belova driving around, with a reported stolen dubsta following behind.

I called JTAC and we began staking out a property; Great Ocean Hwy. 9 , where Moose and Dasha were driving back and forth, bringing stolen vehicles to the area and storing them there.
After bringing about 5,6 stolen vehicles, we intercepted and checked the garage that moose was inside, and found a stolen car, with an active chop shop inside, and tools and vehicle parts. As Dasha never went inside any of the stolen vehicles, or the chop shop, she was simply charged with accessory to each of the charges.

    Case Information
    • Case Number: [Case Number]
      Incident Date: 02/NOV/2024
    Witness Information
    • Name: Harper Flynn
      Date of Birth: 13/11/2024
      Phone Number: x
Occupation: Investigator I - Los Santos Sheriffs Department
    Witness Statement
    • On the 2nd of November, I was patrolling in the city, when a vehicle began speeding away from me. I attempted a traffic stop on said vehicle, and the driver exited the vehicle, and attempted to flee on foot. This suspect was subsequently caught, and charged with Grand Theft Auto, and Resisting Arrest.

Upon searching this individual, I checked was radio frequency he was connected to, and i connected to it myself. This is when I heard a male and A female conversating, they mentioned going to "buy burgers" for them all, and even mentioned my suspect by name, confirming that these individuals were somewhat related/affiliated.

Since they mentioned buying burgers, I headed towards burgershot to see if there was anything of interest to look into. A vehicle passed me at this point, belonging to Dasha Belova, this is when I realised the voice on the radio that I heard previously, sounded alot like Dasha Belova.

I began following the vehicle, and noticed a Dubsta that was reported stolen, following behind her. I called this information in, and requested some units to join me in TAC to assist. We had a unit in the helicopter following the vehicle that was believed at this time to be driven by Dasha.

After following her for a while, she repeatedly drove to various areas in the city, allowing her passenger to exit the vehicle, lockpick a nearby vehicle, and then they would both drive towards Great Ocean Hwy. 9 - The male, that we now identified as Moose Myers, was driving the vehicle to the back of the property, where there was a garage, and inside that garage we later found equipment to operate a chop shop, such as a car lift/ engine hoist

When they made their final trip to the house, Moose arrived in a stolen vehicle, parking it inside the garage and locking it. he then exited, and went out to the front of the property, where Dasha once again picked him up. However at this time, myself and units came out from our cover, and detained both individuals. The driver was then identified as Dasha Belova, and she confirmed herself during my talks with her, that she willingly spent thiss whole time giving Moose various lifts around the city, because Moose had a suspended license.

To clarify, Moose Myers verbally admitted during detainment, that he fully understands and pleads guilty to the charges of grand theft auto and operating a chop shop. Since Dasha was seen picking up Moose and dropping him off at least 6 times, sitting adjacent to him as he lock picked cars, drove them to a secure location and repeated this process many times, we believe that without a shadow of a doubt, she was evidentially "assisting with the completion of a crime" - thus the accessory modifier would be neccesary.
    Witness Affirmation
    • I, Harper Flynn, affirm that the above statement is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I affirm that this statement has been made voluntarily, made without promise of reward, and made not under threat, force, or coercion. ((I affirm that all information submitted has been obtained via In-Character means.))

      Signed,

  • Reasoning: New attorney and COI issues

  • Honorable Judge Kant and pertaining parties,

While the Prosecution will not formally object to the requested continuance, we do wish to note that current counsel for the Defense has been assigned for nearly two (2) weeks, since the 11th of June, with no notices of recusal or subsequent new counsel present on the docket since. Furthermore, no amount of time has been specified for the continuance's end.

Docket Notice
"HERE FOR YOU | SAFE FOR YOU"

  • Honorable Judge Yukimura and pertaining parties,

I would like to start by apologizing for notifying the court twice that I will be representing this client. The prosecution has stated that I have represented this client for two (2) weeks. I must state that June 11th was thirteen (13) days from this date. It has not been a full two (2) weeks. I have also been on LOA for nine (9) days making it difficult for me to respond to any cases. Additionally, the defense has provided a motion of continuance without a set date. This is on purpose. I have attempted to speak with Judge Yukimura, but with my LOA and our sleep schedules it has been difficult to speak with the judge. This motion of continuance is mainly for the possible COI issues that I must speak with the judge about. It is unknown when I will be able to speak with Judge Yukimura so I am unable to put a set date of when this case is able to continue.

    Kind Regards,

  • Prosecution and defense counsel,

The delay is no longer acceptable from either side. Both sides are available and no longer on approved LOA. Defense, please take the next 72 hours to reach out to any available judge. Typically any defense conflicts of interest are solved with a talk with the defendant and the defendant accepting (preferably in writing) the representation, despite the conflict. An email or page when you're available will work.

Prosecution, you will be notified on the docket or privately if the subject matter pertains to anything that could change the case.

A Notification of Recusal was filed in the above case on 25th day of June, 2025.

  • Parties,

Given the complications the defendant has had finding a defense attorney, we will be giving the defendant one extra week despite the fact that they have failed to make any meaningful contact with the courts. That being said, if the defendant does not even attempt to make contact with the courts in the next 7 days, we will be dismissing the case in favor of the prosecution and accepting the plea of guilty from the defendant due to a lack of response.

This is to serve as a FOURTH AND FINAL notice to the defendant that bench trials are currently scheduled on multiple days throughout the week. Please notify the court if these times do not work for you. The expectation of the court is that each defendant file a notice for availability in the next 7 days. Superior Court of San Andreas
"EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW"

ISSUANCE OF VERDICT

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

State of San Andreas v. Dasha Belova
#25-BT-0032

A decision was reached in the above case on the 1st day of August, 2025.

The Court has reviewed the facts of the case surrounding the incident that took place on the 2nd day of November, 2024.

An operation took place by the Sheriff's Department that was prompted by an arrest of an individual who was operating a stolen vehicle. The operation involved following two individuals that were repeatedly going back and forth from a single property, transporting stolen vehicles taken from multiple different locations.

The Prosecution has met the burden of proof to establish that there was infact an active Chop Shop Operation taking place at the property through the evidence provided in Exhibit 1 and 3.

The disputed facts of the case are surrounding the defendants involvement with the Chop Shop Operation, as well as the gathering of the allegedly stolen vehicles that were transported. The Defense states that they were simply driving their passenger to locations requested by them, but had no involvement in what happened afterwards. The Defense also states that the reason they were driving was because the passenger had a suspended drivers' license.

The Court believes that a reasonable person would understand that the actions being taken by the passenger of the defendant would reflect the offenses of Grand Theft Auto and Operating a Chop Shop, given the repeated nature of the activities, the nature of their license and the proximity of the defendant to the crimes taking place.

It is with the above considerations that I issue the following verdict:
  • On the count of Accessory to VF03 - Operating a Chop Shop, I find the defendant, Dasha Belova, guilty.
  • On the count of Accessory to GF11 - Grand Theft Auto, I find the defendant, Dasha Belova, guilty.
