- 3.1) Why are you seeking employment with the San Andreas Judicial Branch? (200 word minimum)
- I am looking for a prominent and promising career within the Judicial Branch where I can learn new skills and develop myself professionally and as a person, I would like to work for an organisation that looks after its employees, and are people focused; I believe this can be seen, firstly from the benefits but also the job they do for the citizens of Los Santos. One thing I always look for in a career is career progression and growth and I feel like the SAJB fits these criteria for me. I also would like to help others, there is too much corruption and injustice when it comes to human rights and citizens law, I would like to help people defend themselves against this injustice and prosecute those responsible, which is the right thing to do as the law is the law and should be followed by everyone. One of the main reasons I am applying is to follow in my Father's footsteps; I have grown up, being raised with the values they possess and believe I would fit very well within the organisation due to this. But ultimately I would like a career that has a good life balance, progression and is rewarding from helping people.
- Before I moved to the city, growing up, my parents had a lot of influence on me; my father was a lawyer himself and my Mother was an HR director withina global company. They raised me with the values and conduct they themselves had in their lives and in the workplace. This instilled the values when growing up to be precise, have the facts and be professional when working. Unfortunately my parents passed away in a car accident when I was a teenager and I was sent to my Aunt and Uncle's until I was an adult, I remained strong and didn't let this deter me from following in my Father's footsteps and maintaining the same ethos they both had to make them proud; after which I moved to the city where I have been working trying to make my way and save up through my salary. I feel this highlights myself from the crowd, as I can be professional, I know what is required from someone who works within law and I can conduct myself as such. I am also extremely hard working due to my upbringing and do not take things for granted. For these reasons I believe I am very suited to the job.
- I would describe myself as Ambitious; This is because I am always looking to progress, I have high goals in life and always looking to put the work in to climb up the ranks and become successful and well known (in a good way) within the city. I feel it is this ambition that has led to me applying with SAJB and it will be this ambition that will ensure I help people and work hard at every case and the training I undergo.

- I do believe I would be a benefit to the organisation. As an engineer, I have a fault finding attitude, I am professional and know how to conduct myself well. I have RP experience across my other character but this is the first server I have RP'd on so it is not extensive. But I do feel I put the effort in and RP with others so we can all enjoy the experience as intended.
