Mrs kant this is from the MTD and the reason it is in the format it is is because a few of them are from a warrant so they wernt placed at the same time, i am not supposed to come into the gov building to figure everything out and as the government has labled me i am only a simple little terrorist and do not understand fully how to fill these out

PLEA AGREEMENT


  • Pursuant to the case of State of San Andreas v. John Chapel; Prosecuting Attorney Michael Blaise, Public Defense Attorney Luna McMillan, and the defendant, John Chapel, have entered into agreement, the terms of which are as follows;
    1. Current Charges
      1. GM10 - Face Concealment (b)
      2. WM02 - Possession Of Class 1 Firearm
      3. GM04 - Resisting Arrest
      4. SF04 - Kidnapping of a gov
    2. Former Charges
      The state shall pursue the current charges listed above, in place of the original charges listed below:
      1. GM10 - Face Concealment (b)
      2. WM02 - Possession Of Class 1 Firearm
      3. VF01 - Evading
      4. SF04 - Kidnapping of a gov
      5. NM03 - Unlawful Assembly
      6. Attempted Aggravated SF02 - Murder of a Government Employee
    3. General Provisions
      • The defendant agrees to plead guilty to the Current Charges outlined in Section I. The State waives the right to pursue the Former Charges outlined in Section II in regards to this particular incident. The defendant will not be required to pay court fees or associated appeal fees.
    4. Waiver of Rights
      • It is CRITICAL that you read this section of the plea agreement thoroughly. By signing this document, the defendant agrees to surrender certain rights, notably; the defendant may not further appeal charges agreed to within this plea bargain.

        This agreement may not be terminated at the discretion of an defendant, the defendant's counsel, nor the prosecution; it may only be terminated by the presiding judge under strict guidelines set forth by the Supreme Court of San Andreas.

        By signing this document, the defendant is pleading guilty to the charges outlined in Section I and these charges may not be challenged at a later date.

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

State of San Andreas v. John Chapel
#24-CM-0081

A decision was reached in the above case on the 26th day of November, 2024.


The case of #24-CM-0081, State of San Andreas v. John Chapel has been resolved.

A Plea Agreement has been filed by the Prosecution and has been accepted by the court. Within the agreement, the defendant pled guilty to the charges:
  1. GM10 - Face Concealment (b)
  2. WM02 - Possession Of Class 1 Firearm
  3. GM04 - Resisting Arrest
  4. SF04 - Kidnapping of a gov


It is with the above considerations that I issue the following verdict:
  • On the count of GM10 - Face Concealment (b), I find the defendant, John Chapel, guilty.
  • On the count of WM02 - Possession of a Class 1 Firearm, I find the defendant, John Chapel, guilty.
  • On the count of GM04 - Resisting Arrest, I find the defendant, John Chapel, guilty.
  • On the count of SF04 - Kidnapping of a government official, I find the defendant, John Chapel, guilty.


The defendant shall be entitled to compensation in the amount of $42,375. This compensation can be handled at Rockford Hills City Hall by a qualified judge.
