    • Hello, I will start from the beginning.

The Pursuit and Traffic stop was called over the radio however I was not present for the traffic stop or the start of the pursuit, I heard over the radio that they matched a description of a Bolo. The pursuit was called and by the time I caught up the chase had already reached deep into SD Juro near the Braddocks Tunnel, eventually, I caught up and saw the vehicle stop around the Paleto parking area and the suspect hopped out of the vehicle. I was told to handle the arresting procedure for the suspect and was told what charges to place, I am sorry I cannot provide further information on the situation as this was all I saw/was involved in.

      Phone Number: 390-7620
Occupation: Police Officer III+1, Los Santos Police Department
    Witness Statement
    • Becks Hirano was a passenger of a vehicle where both Ms. Hirano and the driver were the primary suspects in a BOLO from a kidnapped and tortured SADOC Officer. Ms. Hirano was the passenger of the vehicle, when Ms. Hirano was asked to step out of the vehicle multiple times. Only after the third time of asking, Ms. Hirano made a movement then the vehicle drove off and initiated a pursuit. In my assessment of the situation, Ms. Hirano attempted to deceive officers into thinking that she was going to exit the vehicle to where the driver drove off as soon as Ms. Hirano made a movement; therefore willingly partaking in the act of evading.

Ms. Hirano had reasonable and ample time to exit the vehicle as the occupants were asked three times to exit the vehicle to which none of them did until Ms. Hirano after the third time of asking made a movement to where the vehicle then took off.

During the pursuit I was not near the evading vehicle to get a good view on what exactly was happening, but I believe that the vehicle slowed down outside of the Paleto Car Parking to where Ms. Hirano exited the vehicle and started to run towards the car park booth where one would retrieve their vehicle.

I arrived on the scene where I witnessed Ms. Hirano run towards the booth before I blocked her path with my cruiser and got her to surrender.
Ms. Hirano was detained and arrested by Officer Lucas Draco outside of Paleto Parking.
    Witness Affirmation

      Phone Number: 571 4653
Occupation: Lieutenant Dale Ashcroft, Los Santos Police Department
    Witness Statement
    • On July 10th, I participated in a pursuit of a vehicle occupied by Becks Hirano and Driven by Aki Kurokawa. The origin of the pursuit stems from an incident where a DOC guard was disfigured with Aki and Beck's name. I was driving a sub-optimal cruiser for the pursuit and didn't participate in the situation until it concluded.

    Docket Notice
"HERE FOR YOU | SAFE FOR YOU"

    • Honorable Judge Finlay Mcculloch and pertaining parties,

As per precedent set in case #25-CM-0006, the prosecution asks the court to verify the affiliation of the driver of the vehicle, Aki Kurokawa, and the defendant, Becks Hirano, as being in the same criminal organization.

The prosecution wishes to put the result forth as evidence in this case upon its conclusion.

    "EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW"

    • Honorable Judge McColloch and prosecution,

The prosecution wants the court to verify that my defendant and the driver of the vehicle are connected to a criminal organization. The problem with this request is that gang affiliation has nothing to do with this case. Showing the criminal organization doesn't help towards probable cause, as the probable cause was stated in all witness reports. Stating that my client is involved with a criminal organization does not prove that my client was evading these officers. It is basically the same as asking to show my clients criminal record to the court. It has no relevance to this case at hand.

The precedent set in 25-CM-0006 states, "This case highlights procedural challenges regarding the establishment of affiliation." This case itself has nothing to do with affiliation. In fact, the main reason my client was stopped was for a different charge not involved with gang affiliation either. This was a charge she hadn't been arrested for. If the prosecution wishes to request this information they must state a valid reason why gang affiliation is tied to this case.

      Very Respectfully,

    COURT DECISION

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

State of San Andreas v. Becks Hirano
    #25-CM-0013

A decision was reached in the above case on the 28th day of February, 2025.

After reviewing the prosecution’s request and considering the precedent set in case #25-CM-0006, the court grants the request to verify the alleged affiliation between Aki Kurokawa and Becks Hirano to the same criminal organization.

I have discussed the matter with law enforcement and received verification that both the individuals are confirmed members of the gang called Souls.

The reason for this decision is as follows: Once an investigation is turned over to the prosecution, it is within their right to seek clarification on matters that may be material to the case, provided due process is followed. The court acknowledges that affiliation, if established, may have legal significance in the proceedings.

This decision cannot be challenged unless an appeal is submitted to the Court of Appeals with sufficient probable cause. The defense retains the right to pursue such an appeal should they believe the ruling was made in error.

    MOTION FOR INVOLUNTARY DISMISSAL

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

State of San Andreas v. Becks Hirano
    #25-CM-0013

A Motion for Involuntary Dismissal was filed in the above case on the 28 of February, 2025.

    The Defendant, by and through the undersigned attorney, filed this Motion for Involuntary Dismissal, and the reasoning for request is as follows;

    • Reasoning: Defendant Address Change
      • Detailed Explanation: The defendant has left this state and does not plan to come back for a while. This makes it difficult for me to get into contact with the defendant. The defendant also does not seem to care about dismissing these charges anymore as these charges will not apply in the new state she is in. With the defendant leaving I request that this case be dismissed.
