My name is Theo Gwill and I am an extremely motivated individual who believes that justice must be served in life. I have come from a family where both parents worked as police officers, meaning I have been taught great discipline. Known for my strong ethical principles, empathy, and resilience, I am passionate about contributing to a safer community and helping inmates rebuild their lives. My goal is to foster a secure and supportive environment within areas of rehabilitation, where both staff and inmates can thrive. I have spent the past two years working as a security officer for a local private security firm. In this role, I developed skills in conflict resolution, surveillance, and emergency response. My calm demeanor and ability to de-escalate tense situations has been praised by both my supervisors and peers.

Ever since a teenager I have wanted to work for the police force in some way or another. The Department of Corrections seems to be the perfect start for my career and something I can learn a lot from which I can take on to later parts of my life. Being a young man who priorities health and exercise, I am much physically stronger than the majority of other candidates who do not look after themselves the same way as me. I am an honest and trustworthy employee which is extremely important in this job role. Another strong trait of mine is that I am punctual meaning I am always on time for my shifts and never sick from work.

Yes, Combat Logging: Was apart of a crime scene and had been downed for 15 minutes with no one around i disconnected as it was late at night and had work early. I thought no one was around and maybe I was bugged as you usually bleed out much sooner. When I logged on the next day I was in A-Jail for 3 hours, after checking my Panel I had been issued combat logging.

  Upon reviewing the application submitted to us by yourself, we regret to inform you that we have no choice but to deny your application to join the SADOC. Your application has therefore been archived. Due to the following reasons, we were unable to accept you today:
  • 1.8 - You do not possess a valid truckers license, this is a requirement to gain employment with us.
  • 2.1 - Over half of your answer has been flagged up as AI generated, this breaks the agreement that you signed in section 4.0.
  • (( 5.10 - You received an admin punishment on the 18th of June, 2024. Our OOC criteria clearly states that you must be clean of admin punishments for two to four weeks (Depending on severity and consistency of receiving punishments. Not including "spoken to's), as this punishment is four days old, we have no choice but to deny you for this reason. ))
