My name is Boris Jo, I’m a good-hearted man who has worked for the government my entire life. I know some of the Jo’s may not be known for that, but trust me I’m one of the good ones that doesn’t get involved in any crime. I flew into the city to try and find some of my lost brothers and talk some sense into them to not behave like some of them are doing, but then found my own path in the city to make a comfortable living. I’ve been working since then as a mechanic for almost my whole life and I’m very passionate about my work. At Bayview I am a supervisor and I love the job and people. In my free time I DJ in this city, I love playing music for people and creating a good party. I’m even working on my own club now.

2.2 Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 75 words)
I want to join because the job seems thrilling, I have some friends working there as well, and I want to find extra purpose which is meaningful to my duty towards the government.
You should hire me because I’m a fast learner and I’m great with people and holding a stand against people that are acting up. I have a tough skin which is not easy to mess with and I always keep calm in stressful situations. At DOC I know there is some people which do not behave and are not great to take orders, I feel like I would manage very well to make them behave. They can talk all they want, but I will try and manage things in a calmly matter, only if more means are needed, I will step up and do whatever is needed to make them behave, within the given protocols.

2.3 What have you learned and changed about yourself since being charged with a felony/misdemeanor (Minimum 50 words)?
In all fairness, I only have 2 felony’s and they were very specific situations which I feel like I got charged wrongly for. The first one was me stabbing a person which was attacking my brother out of self defence, I did not finish his life. I’m not going to call names but he had to put an investigation team on me to make me get the charge which was firstly interpretated as self defence, then I pled guilty to actually stabbing someone, they pulled it out of context and put me into jail. The second one, was a set up charge on me, made by the cop named James Valor. His girlfriend Lana Murphy pushed him to give me a sexual assault charge for a thing that was, once again, pulled out of context while joking around with other mechanics. He did this just to try and get me fired from Bayview because his girlfriend wasn’t the biggest fan of me.
So my conclusion is to not just trust anyone and just be careful of who you talk to. But I am not a criminal, except for speeding once in a while I would never betray the government. These charges also didn’t get me fired because the higher ups understood the context of this.

3.1 Prior to your charges did you ever work for a government agency or any other Job before? If so, which ones and what was your position?
Like mentioned earlier, I’ve always been working for Bayview as a mechanic. I work there still with the role of SUPERVISOR. I wasn’t fired as well for the second “felony” and the first one was a short suspension. But I always kept being a mechanic and didn’t do anything else.

3.2 Were you ever in a criminal organization? If so, what was your involvement in it?
I was never in a criminal organization, nor did I practice any criminal activities.

5.5 Have you had any admin punishments on any character? If so, explain:
Yes, In the beginning when I started playing I had quite a few. I was very bad in the beginning with RP in all honesty and broke some rules, this was my first RP server I ever joined and didn’t take it serious in the beginning. But now I’m in a further stage where I understand everything and really grew into RP and respecting all the rules necessary to create great RP. The worst I got was for not using RPing while doing /mechservice and got banned for a week. I really learned out of this situation and wanted to prove them wrong, now I’m supervisor there so that must count for something. I really stepped up my RP and take it seriously. I really hope my admin logs won’t cause me any trouble because that’s not how I operate anymore. It’s a thing of the past and I wish I could start on a new slate.
