  • I was wondering if there were any comment in relation to several citizens having issues with being unfairly ticketed. It seems like it is more of a glitch in the system rather than anything nefarious, but I have personal experience with this and after talking with others it has happened on occasion to them, mainly in regards to receiving fines for illegally parking. I received one yesterday and my car was not moved from inside the Weazel parking lot where I am employeed. If this is a common issue would there be methods to have the fines removed if someone brings in proof?

  The San Andreas Penal Code clearly defines the scenarios in which an illegal parking citation may be issued. Law enforcement officers with the Los Santos Police Department issue these illegal parking citations if any vehicle should be in violation of the defined situations outlined. The LSPD has not seen any instances of specifically targeted citing of certain vehicles or individuals unlawfully; however, should any civilian feel that an officer with the LSPD has cited them unlawfully or failed to perform their duties in any manner, they are encouraged to submit a report with the LSPD internal affairs division for investigation into the matter. Should internal affairs find that a citation was incorrectly or unlawfully placed, the civilian will be compensated for the citation amount.
