• 3.1) Why are you seeking employment with the San Andreas Judicial Branch? (200 word minimum)
  • The reason I'm seeking employment with the San Andreas Judicial Branch is to further my civil service to The State of San Andreas. I believe it is through personal action that citizens can do their part to best assist their state and government in order to better the lives of all individuals residing in their communities and society as a whole. By rejoining The State Government via The Judicial Branch, I believe I can use my past experiences and my skills to help further assist in the efficiency and execution of affairs within the Judicial Branch. Far too often is the government being villainized as the source of strife and discontent in the daily lives of various citizens within the state and city due to misconstrued information and I hope to help rectify this. My goal in joining the San Andreas Judicial Branch is to help further the execution of justice within the state by assisting attorneys and their representation of the people with their needs regarding legal assistance. I believe that assisting in furthering judicial efforts will help improve the daily lives of all citizens thus helping reduce any negative reputation that the government has from its various citizens.

  • After returning to the city once again, I've found myself wanting to assist with government operations once more. After discussing this with a few people holding government positions, I came to the conclusion that assisting the Judicial Branch seemed like the best fit for me at this time. From my time spent working with the State Government, I was able to assist in helping re-write various standard operation procedures regarding Business Licensing, Property Information, Treasury Elements, and other articles from the past by performing extended research into each topic. By utilizing the same analytical capabilities mixed with the resources available through The Judicial Branch, I believe I could greatly assist attorneys with their duties as well as completing the various tasks associated with paralegal duties and responsibilities such as drafting and summarizing any documents, briefings, or other items. My communication skills allow me the capability to speak easily with persons from all walks and styles of life which would assist in performing any interviewing regarding any ongoing legal operations as well as conducting research needed for any other items of interest.

    I choose resolved as it's a great basis to describe myself simply as it's a less common word choice compared to determined. Far too often is determined thrown around which lessens the strength of the word as resolved still pulls a good weight to it. Additionally, resolved also plays into resolving, and I strive to find ways to resolve any issues that come my way. Every issue can be solved in just one way but I prefer to look at all the various resolutions that could be implemented. It is with my resolve that I try to look outside the box and avoid being narrow-minded. By dismissing any tunnel vision, our horizons can be easily expanded and encompass more avenues of approach thus opening more doors to resolutions and further strengthing our resolve. It is with our resolve that we can cooperate with others and become quite resolved as a whole for the betterment of our great state.
