Atlas is an ex special warfare specialist from the USAF. Has been on more dangerous missions then he cares to remember. He became so infamous amongst the United States enemies he began being hunted. Didn't matter if it was day or night he was always ready. After time and time again of coming close to death multiple times he was randomly summoned to the the white house where he was told he would be retired and thanked for all his hard work in the service. He was handed a passport and went back to his old city he grew up in with his father. The down side was the place he was going was one of the most crime ridden place's he could go San Andreas. At the same time he couldn't help but be relieved. He wanted to live a normal life and not constantly having to look over his shoulder. He arrived in Los Santos trying to find a new purpose in life. He started working at Bayview in Paleto Bay to try and meet new people and learn more about the city. He has been recognized for all his handwork and customer service skills earning him employee of the week. He still found himself missing the urge to want to contribute more to the city. He saw hiring listings for DOC and saw that as a good stepping stone to take if he eventually wanted to join PD. He wanted to give it all with all his service experience and climb the ranks of the detention center and get more insight of how the laws and regulations work in the city. I also feel working close to the criminals I will learn how they thing and what made them go down this life of crime. I wanna try and help them because normal citizens in city so I don't have to see them behind bars again. Reason behind wanting to work for the government again in this new life is just the normal life wasn't meant for him he felt he had no real purpose to give because he was living only for himself. He felt a hole in his heart from being apart of something greater than himself. Atlas always had a thing for serving others and leaving an impact on those around him. So he felt DOC would be a great start to start impacting other peoples lives.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
100% energy 50% dedication, because I will still be working at Bayview.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 75 words)
I wanna join DOC for experience and to learn more about what officers and guards have to deal with on a day to day. I have a military background as well so I feel like with that knowledge I would make a great guard. I am accountable and I take pride in what I do. I give 100% 100% of the time and I am nonbiased as well. I am respectful to my peers and I obey the chain of command. I am driven and motivated to standout in a positive light and am always open to constructor criticism.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I handle them very well able to act accordingly in a calm collected manner and able to always give the best judgement.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (Minimum 50 words)?

Most valuable traits to have are integrity for starters, because honesty and being a man/woman of your word. If your word is no good then you are useless. Empathy is another trait to have to be able to make that connection with the people of the city and build a connection to others. Other great traits to have are critical thinking, communication skills, problem solving, teamwork, courage, adaptability, and culture awareness. All of these traits make up the building blocks of a good if not great officer. I believe I have each and everyone of these traits. Especially with the high stress environments can be in at times. You never know what the day can have in store for you. I am able to stay calm and collected in those situations to make the best possible decision to either deescalate a situation, or cause the least amount of casualties.

I honestly thought it didn't matter too much considering when trying to apply for something like this they could pull information on just about anyone so. So I figured I didn't have to be super descriptive on the backstory leading up to this point thought it seemed realistic enough.
