• 3.1) Why are you seeking employment with the San Andreas Judicial Branch? (200 word minimum)
  • I'm a very good lawyer, and I believe that everyone should have proper legal representation, from the poorest individual to the richest CEO. I want to help people who may have been unjustly charged for crimes they did not commit simply because they were in the wrong place at the wrong time.
    
    I want to be a lawyer again. Plain and simple. My father is a constitutional Lawyer, my mother is a Criminal Defense lawyer. Law is in our blood and in my blood. It courses through me and I would be an asset as an attourney within the SJAB. I want to make a different in the police force who appears to know the bare minimum of legal information required to do their jobs. I do not believe they should know the difference between supreme court cases and the precedence they've created, but I do believe they should at minimum know that they require a warrant to search a vehicle if there is no evidence of a crime currently being in progress.
    
    I would love to train some of the police the bare minimum they should know in order to do their jobs, lawyers train for years and decades in order to properly know the law, police should at the very minimum know the difference between Burglary and Robbery.

  • I graduated with a masters degree in Law from the University of Ottawa in 2011 with a GPA of 3.9 so while not incredible, is more than satisfactory. I served as a public defender for 3 years in the City of Ottawa, taking on a number of cases of individuals who were wrongfully accused of crimes and protecting the rights and liberties of my fellow citizens. before moving to the United States. Upon arriving I passed the bar in several states including the states of Rhode Island and Michigan. I became a dual citizen of the United States and Canada. I moved around a lot but have finally found my home. I am Fluent in both French and English and my family has a very thick legal bloodline. From the moment I was born I was exposed to the law, and I know it as well as anyone else. If I don't know something, I will know it quickly.

    I do not give up on my clients. From the first moment I meet them until their death. I will work my damn hardest to make sure that they get all the representation they deserve. If we lose one court case, I will spend days or weeks appealing their case. I never give up on myself, my friends, my family or my clients. I will pursue any and all legal avenues required to make sure that my clients get a fair trial, and are found innocent.
