I have been clean for 5 months and i like staying on the legal side of things. You don't have to constantly look over your shoulder worried about getting arrested at every corner. I have changed myself by having more self control and rehabbing my driving so i don't get tickets. I have been pushing myself to be a better person and staying clean is the best way of doing it. Hopefully someday it will all payoff.

My name is Daryl Omari, formerly known as Daryl Alvarez. I moved to Los Santos about 2 years ago and meet a bed group of people in the start. I was living the lowballer crime life for awhile till i met Deputy Martin and i have went legal from there. I then got a job at Weazel News but was fired for possessing a illegal firearm. i then stayed clean and I got a Job at Los Santos Customs and i have stayed there ever since. I owned my own bar for awhile and supplied many clubs with the best alcohol in Los Santos.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections? (minimum 75 words)
I want to help guide convicts to the path of legality because i wish i had went legal sooner. I have tactical experience from doing private security for some high ranking people around the city. I have had this dream to be an officer since i was just a boy but i ruined my chance a long time ago so the closest thing to an officer is DOC. I will take this job with great pride and do my best the help this place out.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
From the experience at LSC, i handle pressure phenomenally

I have great communication skills. I have experience with high valued personnel. I have experience in human resources from LSC so i know how to hand and speck with unhappy people. I keep my calm in all situations as i have trust in my colleagues. I also can teach as i am a trainer at LSC and i can help people get to a new path.

  Upon reviewing the application submitted to us by yourself, we regret to inform you that we have no choice but to deny your application to join the SADOC. Your application has therefore been archived. Due to the following reasons, we were unable to accept you today:
  • To start with I would like to point your behavior before the interview at the front desk, you have been informed by Sergeants that your application in on hold waiting for a reference letter from your current employer and there is no point of waiting here as that may present risk not only for yourself as a Civilian a that point of time but can even cause disturbance, disregarding that you went outside and start jumping on cars, at that point we tried to help you with attempting to gather the reference letter as soon as possible so we can make a decision on your application as soon as possible. Our attempt was not successful for that you were asked another time to come back when the results are to be posted, at that point of time you did no only decide to hop in LSC radio and ask for it, not only taking your phone, but doing so in mid-conversation while we are trying to explain to you. For that if it is possible to accept not simple instruction and advises, I do not believe that it will be possible to accept heavier instructions when needed.
  • Moving to your interview, I am not gonna go through the super details of the interview but the most important points that made me think more before taking the decision, regarding the question of what step you take to keep yourself on the right track you told me that you are taking every minimal step possible starting of driving on cruise always and following the traffic laws, yet a simple look can show me that you have 7 speeding tickets in the same day when asked about it you mentioned something about the pier and that is because you have a lot of friends that you hang around with at the pier and that must be it, YET, within the following questions about being around people, you did not just give me the impression that you are not aware of that and you actually was planning on using the position for certain purposes, BUT you mentioned that you do not have friends and your life is working at LSC and staying there for the night sleeping. I am not sure if it is due to the fact that you provided a false infromation for us within your answers, or you can not remember your daily routine after 5 second from mentioning? but I am sure in both cases this will not fit our Department even as CCO
  • (( in the OOC part you provided a really poor answers to the OOC questions, on top of that admitting of getting the warden´s name from the faction discord in order to use it as information in game.)).
