  • Since arriving in Los Santos from Southampton, I have been making ends meet so that I could afford to go to University and study Law. My desire to study law comes from my enjoyment of the subject in the UK Education System but after leaving the UK under unfortunate circumstances, this opportunity is perfect for me in achieving my career goals.

  • I relocated to Los Santos from Southampton at the age of 18, fresh out of college, which is the equivalent of graduating from High School.
    
    At College I studied Law BTEC which covered the very basics of a Law, to provide you with enough merits to go to University. I found it the most interesting subject that I was taking and enjoyed the mock trials, case studies and general discussions amongst my fellow students but once I finished College, my mother passed away and my Dad who had divorced my mother 5 years prior, asked me to come and live with him in Los Santos, where he had set up his new life as a Personal Trainer.
    
    It was a difficult fresh start for me, I had no real qualifications and the cost of going to College in Los Santos was beyond what I could afford, so I applied for the first job I could and ended up working at Burger Shot. I kept telling myself that once I had earnt enough money I would register for the first Law Course, but it soon became apparent that Burger shot was never going to provide me with the income to make my dreams come true so I met with the management at Dashound Bus Centre and started my route as a Bus Driver.
    
    Since College, Law has always been the career path I wanted to travel down. Some people will say they got inspiration from wanting to protect the innocent until proven guilty, or they are tired of the corruption they see all over the place but for me, it is simple; I enjoyed learning about Law in the UK education system, and if I can get a job in something I enjoy, then is it really a job?

  • Determined - Once I set my eyes on a goal, then I see very little else until completion. I could have given up on my goals to head down the path of Law, but instead I took the little opportunities I had, to make it work short term so that I could ultimately achieve what I wanted. Sometimes you must take 2 steps back before you take 3 steps forward.
