My name is Pierce Carter and I have one brother and one sister, my family is all I have ever had and they mean the world to me there isn't a thing I wouldn't do for them. While growing up the three of us always wanted to get involved with law and help in any way we could. When we were young we did things like clean trash of beaches and parks. My main hobby that I share with my brother is dirt biking, any free time we get we love to go up north and ride our bikes till the sun comes down.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I plan On dedicating as much time and energy as I possibly can towards the department in the event I am hired.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
I want to join The San Andreas Department of Corrections because I know it is where I belong, during my time there I enjoyed everything about the job and loved my coworkers. I want to return better than ever and really do my best at the job. I believe I have the skills and talents you guys are looking for. I am a very hard worker and do my best to never make the same mistake twice. I am prepared to dedicated a lot of my time in my job so I can be the best I can for everyone around me. I want to do everything in my power to help some inmates or people that are in need for someone to talk to or just to put a smile on their face.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
The way I handle pressure or stressful situations is by first assessing the room. I would try to calm the situation down before it gets out of hand. I would try to talk to everyone and understand where they are coming from.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (Minimum 50 words)?
One of the most valuable traits that I possess is my sound judgment and problem-solving. I am able to objectively assesses certain situations or circumstances and be able to make a decision pretty quickly. I have a massive devotion to the community and want everyone to work together to accomplish our goals, I love building new friendships and meeting new people. I have a very good sense of the law and understand how our system works. I always show respect to my peers and everyone around me. I am a very quick learner and pick up on things quickly. If I ever make a mistake I do everything I can to make sure I never make the same mistake twice.
