He has decided to apply to the Department of Corrections (DOC) to work as a correctional officer in order to atone for his previous transgressions because he is adamant about doing so (CO). Mo is completely aware that his history would provide a barrier to his application, but he is anxious to demonstrate that he has truly changed. In his capacity as a CO, he thinks that his knowledge of the criminal mind and experience will be helpful and allow him to have a good influence on the lives of the inmates.

I have had past experience contributing to a team. My most memorable collaboration experience came from my prior employment as a cab driver. As a taxi driver, I worked as a member of a group of drivers who cooperated to make sure that our clients were delivered quickly and safely.
I was in responsibility of keeping the dispatch staff informed of any significant updates or changes, including traffic or road closures, as a taxi driver. I also had to work closely with the other drivers to make sure we could complete all of our allotted routes and give our clients the finest service possible.
