Who are the Directors within MD and why are they important?
We believe that EMTs are our backbone that ensures that we can operate and function as a medical department, and directors are our eyes. The eyes are for seeing and being able to see the past, the present, and the future... Directors ensure that divisions operate to the best of their ability and work with the divisional heads to get the perfect outcome. An effective director must be able to look back at past mistakes and take advantage of the opportunity to correct them and improve upon them for the present. Having goals for their divisions will ensure that they are moving forward, and working with all the hard-working people within each important division.
